Trinidad vs de la hoya dont ask me why
;D Don't get all butt hurt Klit heads. Hopkins is twice the fighter Calzaghe will ever be, period. Just cus Calzaghe is from the UK, and is actually a good fighter and legit champ, does not automatically make him God. And Mayorga is my favorite fighter so I had to go with him and am proud of it. You condscending klit heads do make me laugh when it comes to Toney vs Wladimir. James Toney is a legend and an excellent boxer. Wladimir was the flavor of the month, got KO'd a couple times, fought shat opponents, got one real win over Sam Peter then KO'd an Old Byrd whom he had already thrashed years ago. He is not some killing machine a la Prime Tyson, and it is comical when you try to make the glass chin bastard seem that way. James Toney is quite capable of outboxing him and many agree with me here. Toney's last outing was an embarassment, he just did not bother coming in good shape. However when Oscar had a bad showing against Sturm, did everyone say he was washed up and completely finished as a fighter? How bout when B-hop had a run of the mill win over Howard Eastman? Or when Wladimir escaped with a win against Davarryl freakin Williamson? Nope. Toney ain't finished folks, and is easily the best boxer in the HW division. 8)Quote:

Likewise, he is the best heavyweight boxer, but that doesn't mean he's effective at the weight. I've always liked Toney and even moreso I loved hearing him talk, but recently he's lost the charm he once had about him. He's become just another loud mouth who wants it all but doesn't want to train for it. And to be saying the racist shit he's been saying, while dodging the very 'white boy' who could never be champ - well it's hard to take him seriously. For me personally, a fighter can run his mouth all day long and I won't give a shit if he's exciting. James is very far from it with his fighting for 1 minute of every round, laying on the ropes actually expecting people to respond. Atleast with Mayorga win/lose the fight will be exciting, with Toney all we have to look forward to are press conferences full of racist vomit :-\
basically he's become a novelty item for the sport not a real contender IMO
A guy like Toney has one bad fight and he is crap. Wladimir can have 4 or 5 bad fights on the other hand and still be an awesome killing machine. Toney looked bad against Rahman, but if he trains and gets down to round 220, he can beat anybody out there. And I think his wife is white, so I doubt he is racist.Quote:

Fuk you. Mayorga rebounded off the matt when Oscar and Tito hit him. ;D Also rebounded after "losing" to cory spinks and won another world title, beating a guy Spinks had lost to. Yeah beating on Chris Byrd was real impressive too, considering he had already been losing fights to Golota, Mccline, Oquendo, and had lost to Wlad badly the first time. James Toney looked great against Domink Guinn I thought, and Holyfield, and Booker, and Ruiz. So pretty much every fight at HW cept his last one.Quote:

Listen you two fags, I am a Mayorga fan, a RJJ fan, a Hopkins fan, a Toney fan, a Castillo fan, the list goes on. Like most fans I almost always pick my favorite fighter to win. You are tellin me, that you two douchebags have never been wrong on a pick? Fuk you. I bet you both picked Hopkins to beat Tarver like me too, huh? And Roy is the best I've ever seen, best you've ever seen too, you just don't wanna admit it.
Since Holyfield is making a comeback....
I want to match up Holyfield with my Grandpa...
!!!!
LOL
Glen Johnson schooled him.....For 9 long rounds.....Sweet!!!Quote:

Who was better than Jones in their prime? SRR...maybe...I don't think so. But everyone likes to say that because that is thing all the old timers say.Quote:

HE IS GOING TO HAVE TO GO TO A MENTAL INSTITUTION. THE ONLY REASON HE IS FIGHTING A BUM IN IDAHO IS BECAUSE HE NEEDS A WIN TO BOOST HIS SELF ESTEEM OR ELSE IT'S OFF TO THE SHRINK CAMP.
For one thing.....Quote:

Dont give me this shit about being out of prime and all that...Glen Johnson was the same age...So, what you are saying is that Jones did suck at the time of the Johnson fight...
You see, there is a difference between the knock out from Tarver in round 2,,,That was a lucky punch!!
But for nine rounds, Glen Johnson did the same thing to Roy that Roy had been doing to lesser opposition for so long....And that would be "Schooling" Jones in the sweet science of getting your ass whooped!!!
Roy couldnt throw punches because, Johnson was doing all the offense, jones had to keep covered up most of the time...Thats also part of getting schooled....
So when a guy thats an underdog comes in and beats him like he did, you like most freak out and call it a fluke!!
WELL, if it was such a damn fluke, how come Roy didnt get a rematch with Johnson??? He never even tried that action again....hmmm, makes ya wonder!!!
Read a book, settle down.....You just got schooled!!!
Good Luck,
Coach
Listen you ASSCLOWN, there is no way you are a boxing coach. None. You are a fukin idiot. And only other idiots would listen to you. Do you remember RJJ vs Clinton Woods, hmmm? Do you? And do you remember what happend to Clinton Woods, a man who is Johnson's near equal? He was embarassed, beaten up, then stopped. Now did the Roy Jones who did that look like the same one who was gun shy, and laying on the ropes against Glen Johnson? A damn infant could tell you that no, he was not the same fighter. So by your logic we should say that Ali was "schooled" by both Larry Holmes and Trevor Berbick right, and was a downright coward for not seeking rematches with both of them, correct? I mean, he must have been fightin nothin but bums before then right? Go watch pro wrestling or something, it would be better suited for your feeble little mind. ;D :dummespost: :fyou:Quote:

PRIME and AGE are two different things...fighters hit their prime at different ages etc Roy got gunshy after the Tarver loss which is why Johnson outworked him.
Prime Roy beats the stuffin out of Johnson and pretty much anyone EVER from 154-175
He's not a boxing coach, he's a power punching specialist :thumb:
This ones sound interestingQuote:
