I would think the real fight fan does not look at race or nationality at all. its about what a fighter brings to the table. and what kind of person the guy i. , How he conducts himself in and out of the ring that makes you love or hate a fighter, not the nationality or color of their skin. IMO

cc........ over and over again its the same stupid S*** being posted. all these post are only meant to degrade and belittle. ppl need to grow up and realize that this is a sport and not a F****** race war. its a fight to see whose the better fighter not the superior country. pacs time will eventually end like all fighters, i just wonder where all these idiots will go after that. because its obvious that they are not true boxing fans but rather pac nut huggers.
rivalries are great for the sport, ala puerto rico vs mexico, the difference is that these two counties have a great respect for the game and the fighters themselves, these are true fans. all these posters IMO are not true fans and never will be.
I believe the problem is not with the fighters but with the fans. Being neutral, a black man, I noticed the disrespect that the Mexican fans have during a fight. I notice that during the national anthem, when the mexican national anthem is being sung, the crowd is quiet but when they would sing the American Anthem or any other anthem from a different nationality, the Mexican fans show disrespect and tend to be noisy by booing.
Some do that for sure, you have idiots in all race's shapes and sizes,
