Hey scrap im going to the scrap yard when the weather clears up damn snow :(, and im hoping to find something to use like that cylinder in your faster feet video the one that he stands on and rolls back and forth, does it matter if its a bit soft and squishy or would it be better if it is totally solid also does the diameter or circumfrance (i forget which it is) matter or can it be smaller than in your video? ive also been trying to make the elastic band equipment in your hand speed video but i cant find any sailing shops local to me and im not sure on how strong the elastic should be so im unsure about buying some myself online maybe you know a site that sells the type of elastic best suited? also am i safe useing this equipment for self training or am i going to create bad habits if i dont know what im doing with it?
Cylinder should be solid Wobbly Board I made same as the Headband. It will give you some very good Habits like Posture, The wobbly Board can be used for many things ;D. As can the Headband
scrap you should create your own brand of boxing training equipment, then i could just buy instead of trying to make it myself, hah ;D
Scrap, do you have a comprehensive video library? Great stuff, and I would love the education.
Youtube Scrap 95
Great stuff scrap 95.
I like the conditioning video. Any new stuff coming out. This stuff is gold.
In a Bit, got loads of stuff
Nope don't think so.This exercise doesn't mimic the actual movements in the ring that a fighter must have....
It looks cool but developing neuro-muscular cordination from this exercise? Never!
Which Video
Scrap, how did you first figure out the use of elastic. I have been using them lately, fantastic stuff.
In the 60s, Funny really. I went into a Sailing Shop to buy Perlon Climbing Rope, as I thought thats what it was, for making Climbing Slings. Was told it was Elastic, played about with it and everything Clicked.
