Sturm gets ko'd by a ruined mediocre fighter, rematch or not that's still a blurt on his record..
but lets hope he can do what Kosta Tyszu did and try and win a world title again.
Maybe, it'll teach him not to turn down fights against the best fighter in the division. If Strum would of took the Taylor fight and lost. It would not be as bad as what happened today.Quote:

Yeah, you're right ... a two time middleweight champion with 27 years, after his firstQuote:

Do you really believe that? If so...maybe you should change your name from Pantera to Royal...or one of the 100 completely blind aliases that he uses.Quote:

I'll keep that in mind when your boy get's his ass handed to him. Bank on it.
Castillejo actually is good. Do the match & watch some of his previous matches. He's talented.Quote:

I do however think it will be awhile for him to get the respect that he had.
And yea, I think his chin is now a big question, so Taylor could've gotten him out early.
And for you last comment. I don't think I have to worry about it, but I do expect to get a lot of S*** if it does happen.
Good. Again...I would have thought/expected more of you...if that was a legit statement.Quote:

I'm gonna have to see the fight, I'm absolutly STUNNED, you can't call sturm a fraud though, what he's done in the past is not the behaviour of a fraud, but damn, maybe its because his bell was rung that he struggled, anyway, i'll have better jugdement once ive seen the fight.

Man.. tell me about being stunned ... I'm still shocked :o
But watch the fight and tell us your thoughts...
Not back peddlin, just being realistic. Done is pretty harsh. Do I think he will ever be able to beat a true champion? I doubt it after what I saw, but he definatley can still make some noise in the middleweight division. And who knows, maybe this was a learning experience and he will come back and have the last laugh. Like Wacko said, this is boxing... full of surprises!Quote:

Messed up that pretty face...
Dude, don't back down to Wacko so easily. He's just a drunken ass clown, who has the absolute worst taste in fighters except Bernard Hopkins. ;D Have a backbone man. I too am shocked that Sturm was TKO'd by Javier freakin Castillejo, when it was first announced I was arguin with Wacko that this did nothing for Sturm taking this fight. I was wrong, it got him TKO'd. :oQuote:

I mean Castilliejo was always a good solid fighter but I thought with him getting old and moving up in weight that Sturm would dominate.
Did Sturm try to fight too much or something? I'm not a big fan of his style, but he does have skills so this is pretty surprising. It will be interesting to see how well he comes back from this, if he can come back with confidence. He can still be a good fighter unless he's just lost his confidence.
I saw this coming...not shat...really did.Quote:

Casti has an array of skills & one hell of a chin. Sturm came out wanting to impress due to the fact that he was critisized for how he fought against Masoe the last outting...it cost him. He should have fought for Sturm & he should have fought Sturm's fight instead of fighting for Germany & the crowd.
He can come back...yes...but this will most definently effect him I think.
Ass clown?Quote:

well Sturm is fighting in 3 months so I wouldn't worry. Sturm learned the hardway that he is a boxer and not a slugger
.......and you thought that he'd beat Taylor ;DQuote:
