Yeah what I've seen of Peterson I liked, what did he say his brother is the beauty (about boxing) & he is the beast. By the way not a major fight but I just saw Ulises Solis drew with Omar Salado. Solis is the guy who beat Grigsby & Salado is underfeated.

I like Lamont a whole lot better. Great defense & a beautiful jab. Check him out if you can.

Good night of boxing, I'm not sure how good Vernon-Ike will be but it could be good and I'm looking forward to Marquez-Mabuza.

Don't really like the Ouma-Powell fight, its a fight where if Ouma wins he just beat a prospect who stepped up too far too fast, if he loses he lost to an untested prospect. Not much reward and although I think Ouma's better overall than Powell, Sechew's got a style that could give Ouma some trouble so there is some risk, and like I said no reward, or at least not much. Kassim has no trouble with stand and front guys with power, its the boxers that give him trouble.

But still looking forward to it, and all the fights tonight.

Yea I thought about that too Oumafan, and Im starting to suspect Oumas people see some major weakness in Powell?? I haven't ever seen the kid fight, what kind of style does he have?

Thats probably why then. But I don't think Marquez could dominate the other divisions, Jhonny Gonzales would just be too much for him.

I think that the move up is a wise decision.

They've been saying that him having to make weight was an issue for the last 3 fights...the kid's got a big frame to grow in to.

Gonz would be tuff...but I think he'd be a goner too.

I think Sechew Powell is going to fight like JT in this fight(Toney) or try to, but I love Ouma, so I want him to win, but I want Sechew to win too. I dont know who to pick!!!!

Keep in mind, Marquez has been really killing himself to make 118. And he's always been big for that weight. I don't see Gonzalez having much of a size and power advantage.
