yeah its pretty easy, you set up and account, and click upload you can only upload i think 10 min worth of footage and only 100kb. so you can get about 3 4 rounds of fight in

sexuploader is free and up to 500mb plus the link stay active as long as the fight is downloaded by someone with in the week. the other links seem to die off fairly quick
