Notice in this example how Williams bends at the waist to avoid Peters right hook only to pop up and catch the left hook in full swing, he never saw the shot. Williams should have bent at the knee to avoid that right hook , so he could maintain eye contact, ! Jeremy was out for a good 5 min as result of this mistake, an amateur mistake made by a season pro. It just take one mistake guys ! so don't make too many ! ;)

Hey wuts up dogg? I hope u get this message I aint to good on these message boards. Anyhow i like the clip, but i got one question on it, "what should he of done to avoid that punch?" I had a similar problem on tue. sparrin day at my gym. I bent at the wast and moved right into a left hook, freakin caught it in tha nose and thank god i never ended up like the man in the video clip....get at me dogg, I'd appreciate it.
