Matthew Saad Muhammad -v Yaqui Lopez 2 (1980) is the greatest fight ever IMO.
Saad was such a warrior; a true fighters fighter who never ducked anybody & always came back from a beating to win, until Dwight Braxton (Qawi) pasted him.

ok my bad , i remember bits and peices of the benn mclealan fight (spelling) mclealan had something like 20 firt rd kos and was expected to destroy benn,and almost did fist rd through the ropes,and put him down again in the 7th or 8th ur write i dont know as much as some of the other posters,but i know enough,and about THE name calling i had afew mates around ,i was pretty drunk,so i was talking through the bottle so to speak,and my dickhead mate got on here and posted so half those posts werent mine! but my apollogies if ive offended anyone and ive looked at the posts today and i didnt think it was so offencive!guess some folks have thin skin! but my APOLLOGIES all the same peace! :D ;D

My favorite so far is Castillo vs. Corrales for a slugfest, but my favorite skilled bouts would be like Toney vs. Roy JOnes Jr. or something it had alot of small things in the fight that could make you really appreciate either fighter.
