agreed people forget how good fraizers workrate was he was like living windmill he threw alot of punches and fraizers bob and weaver style could give holyfield trouble plus fraizer hits harder but this is how i see it

I totally disagree with Frazier being a harder puncher, and my reason is because back in the day they use to fight with 8oz. gloves, and thats way easier to knock somebody out with than the gloves nowadays. Also Chin Holyfield fought as a whole alot harder punchers, and took Foreman's punches way better. As for workrate watch Holyfield fight Quawi... With somebody that had so many holes in his defense Holyfield definitely had the stamina to out throw Frazier.
yea but mate that was when he was cruiserweight he had hell of alot of stamina as cruiserweight ill give u that in that fight with dwight they both threw over 100 punches a round as hw his workrate wasnt as good and i feel fraizer could outwork him on the inside

One thing is that he is taller than Frazier, and I think his uppercuts would be devastating on the inside, against much larger men Holyfield couldn't throw as many punches because he had to be smarter about then to come in, but he definitely threw alot of punches against Foreman.

Of the last 15 years conditioning has taken a step back . As a proffesor of Physiology said to me just recently theres been an advancement in theory, but a regression in practice. They dont know how to apply it yet, but theyll learn eventually.

I think this shows that a fighter who is far inferior to Holyfield could land on Joe Frazier. I think Holyfield hits harder than people give him credit for, and he can take massive beating by far larger men than Joe Frazier. I think a more interesting fight would be Quawi vs. Frazier.

In what sport? I know Marathon runners of the past ten years have run faster than they ever did before on average, and Lance Armstrong certainly is in as good of shape as anyone who's ever raced the tour de France. In football the guys are in better shape(I mean skilled positions not linemen).

Because of the numbers in marathons has increased more people do it by a large margin plus the diet has improved to fuel a marathon. Same with Triathletes I work with some, Mens times havent improved to much and the country they come from dont have a good testing regime in place. cycleing is about solely using legs in a repetitional motion and we know what they use for fuel.Look at the times of races and show me the improvement. Most of it is a con, because the public want better times. Jesse Owens in 36 ran 10.2 100 metres on a cinder track, expert anlyists say with the conditions today it would have been 9.7 having an all weather sprung track

As for Football American or Soccer,the injury crisis in both sports is out of control.Then again I get a good living rehabing them if you want to know how bad it is, ring the Steadman Hawkins clinic in Colarado they are making a fortune out of it

Anyways so I didn't take the time to read this whole post but my topic related response is I would pick Frazier by UD, but it would be an amazing fight both guys would fight so hard it would just be unbelieveable and they were both small with alot of stamina, Frazier probably had a liittle bit better stamina not too mention he was an amazingly defensive fighter, but it would be an amazing fight and a total war.
