i guess ive never seen the 2nd, but i have seen the first (which i think some people considered a good movie) where he turns into a wolf and that makes him better at basketball

There was a Disney boxing movie called "The Kid" (no not the one with Bruce Willis) and it was pretty bad :(

There was a movie with Barbra Strisand where she was a boxing manager It was the worst...I cant even remember it thats how bad it was

Apparently you people haven't seen "Fight Girl" yet. Not only does this grouchy girl move in on the club and dominate the broom closet, she kicks her boyfrien's behind for the championships. Hmmmmmmmmm. Realistic.

Diggstown was one of the best boxing movies... because it was more based on a story line than actual boxing.

Great white hype was a comedy where you were suppose to concentrate on the jokes and laugh, not on the reality of the actual boxing match, if you want to say a bad comedy fine, but to say bad boxing movie would mean that you focused on the wrong thing in the movie. Diggstown storyline was based off of the hurdles he had to face in the ring, which was garbage. Great white hype was not.

Probably not a boxing movie but I read the description of a film on showtime earlier today, a boxer wants to become a gymnast. Can't imagine that one is the greatest.

i too was a complete jackass after seeing that movie.

i remember me and my friend (i think we were 11 or something) would act out the grand finale while it was playing on tv.

i was always drago, and he was balboa

we would copy the dialog and punches as they were happening (i had a terrible russian accent)

LMAO that stupid ass movie with streisand I mentione Main Even is coming on ESPNC..lol
