Have you ever heard of THE RING magazine? An American publication SOME refer to as the "bible of boxing."
Well they just so happen to have TWO Brits in their top 10 P4P list - Mr Ricky Hatton and Mr Joe Calzaghe. Mr Hatton also has the proud honour of being named 2005 Ring fighter of the year. Mr Calzaghe also has the proud honour of being the first ever Super-middleweight recipient of The Ring belt.
As you can see British boxers get plenty of respect from KNOWLEDGEABLE boxing persons outside their own country.
You're welcome.

Didn't you see the demolition job he done on Williams?
Faster than Vitali.
Says it all.
I saw his win over the fat out of shaped Williams. Wasn't impressed. Williams never really any good, anyway. And when was he robbed? You can't seriously mean the first Williams fight or the Guinn fight, do you?
Audley was the victim of a disgusting sick robbery in both Danny 1 and the Guinn fight, everyone knows that, and if they don't, they don't know boxing.
And you think Williams was never any good?
Not only did he batter prime Tyson BUT prime Julius Francis too. Williams never any good ::**
Donut.

Don't think he's serious mate. He said Williams battered a prime Tyson ;D

Denis Inkin will be a big threat to the super-middle weight division. 29-0 (22KO)
He KO'd Mario Veit in 7 rounds and even dispatched tough-guy Mger Mkertchian in 2 rounds.
He will have a jurgen-brahmer type fight next and then launch into the Euro's and the Kessler's / Andrade's of the world i predict.
World Domination?
I think i can say Edwin Valero !!
;D
Re: 2007 belongs to.........
I believe Paquiao can be the star of the year, if he fights Barrera and Juan Manuel Marquez.
In the other hand Cotto's group is interested in a fight with Margarito. Cotto showed that he is a solid potency in 147. For me he was leaving too much of himself in the gym at 140. I don't think Williams will be the great star many people believe… Cintron can Kill Williams.
Other boxer with great potential, is Ivan Calderon. However, although great skills he does not have a KO punch (27 win, 0 losses, 6 KO) and is fighting at 105. These are 2 things against him with the general public... He is trying to unify his title against Rachman in February 24. If this fight can not be done he still may be defending his title and probably trying to unify later.

The thing is....he's fought Barrera and Marquez. Don't you want to see him fight someone new like Guzman or Valero? Pacman is sort of boring me.

Believe me Fenster is stupid enough to think that.
Re: 2007 belongs to.........
I think Miranda, Kessler, Cotto will have big years this time around. I rekon Berto will begin to emerge as a force.

Those would be great fights also. It is just that I would like to see those rematches. I was surprised the way he beat Barrera and Marquez had a great recovery after being 3 times in the canvas during the first round. Should be great rematches due to their styles.

Jorge Barrios? He was the measure of him all night and he came in overweight. No one could have beaten him more impressively at 130 than him.

It was no domination. I use to like Guzman in the lower weights. I taught he could be big. But since he's moved up in weight it's obvious he lost his power. And it is impossible to dominate without power.

Floyd Mayweather?
Ronald Wright?
Nikolai Valuev?
