But again, styles make fights and eras are eras. That division was far different from the current regime of H.W. Training is different; nutrition is different...in other words, it's like putting a prime Jack Johnson in with Lennox Lewis. Boxing is one of the few sports that has really EVOLVED under a darwinian model. I think we all should be mindful of that before making comparisons of boxers from different eras.
I certainly can't say that Foreman has 50% more power than Klitschko, but I can say, although reluctantly, that I would rather get punched by Klitschko rather than Foreman. The man has immense hands and was one of, if not THE, most devastating puncher in boxing.
If Wladimir had his brother's chin, he would definitely be the full package.

Hulk....dude, Wlad hits about as hard as Foreman....but there is a HUGE difference as to how they use that power. Foreman was a brawler and a slugger, Wlad is a boxer and has a more upright style.
Wlad-Frazier would have been interesting and I will say Frazier possessed everything needed to beat Wladimir, good chin (he got up from all of the knockdowns in the Foreman fight, and he had HUGE punching power, he also had great stamina and workrate)....Wlad could stay away from him though.
I respect the all-time greats but I also respect the skill of Wladimir Klitschko, inspite of what you think he's the best heavyweight out there today in a historically DECENT era....yeah it's DECENT it's not as bad as everyone says, Don King just keeps everyone from fighting each other

I'm no Klitschko fan by a long shot, but I have to admit that he's the most technically sound H.W. out there.
