It means he hasn't fought anyone that could take advantages of his weaknesses enough to beat him.

Well, I always thought the name of the game was whose hand the ref raised at the end of the fight.In PW's case, he did it 30 times. That's a fact. Anything else is speculation. I'm not a Williams hater. I just see the writing on the wall. The first guy who comes in with a chin and some concrete on his gloves is going to wake Williams up by putting him to sleep.
