Yeah, was me who said it ;) personal trainer (well... training to be one) and Amateur boxer... but you don't need the type of background I have to see that his upper back is way out align with the rest of his body... unless he's lucky he'll end up with a lumbago problem... way to much pressure on the discs of his middle to lower back :-X
Looks like a banana standing up... to be honest I have no idea how that lift is benificial... if his posture is deliberate and not just being missed by lazy trainers then asuming outside of his traps/delts/tris that it has something to do with working his core... shoulder press on a smith ball would be safe and actually work
Looks like a bit of a crappy se up for a world class boxer... a contender... let alone a champ...
Nasty small ring... one horrible looking bag and a weights bench... I know we can't see the whole gym but I can't imagine the rest of it being any less sparse...
It's a credit to Kessler I suppose... obviously a very athletic man and capable boxer... despite how mickey mouse those pictures make his team look.

i wonder if mikel only writes with his left hand? and that tat is a bit much i reckon. wonder if it has any tribal meaning or is it just a big mess on his arm.
that gym looks like my garagge back home. not very impressive for a world champion.

Stop squabbling, everyone, you are all missing the point ........ FIND OUT WHO THE FIT BLONDE IS in the photos AND PM ME HER ADDRESS.
I will then go to Denmark and stalk her, convinced she is in love with me. When she inevitably rejects me, my love will fester into hate and I will continually harrass her with lewd text messages and photocopies of my penis. Eventually I will snap and murder her with a hatchet and a pair of chopsticks. I will feel compelled to dismember her and place bits of her in black bin bags which I will then dispose of separately.

I also think that Kessler is using his left hand because he is actually too thick to write and is purely copying how he has seen someone else hols a pen. Mirror imaging while doing this ensures he thus uses his left hand.
Oh yeak - and his tattoo having tribal meaning ........... which great Danish tribe would that be?
