I really dislike Kimbo....the guys he fights are too scared to really throw at him and he does the whole side to side head movement which is ok and everything but if someone knew how to throw a decent uppercut they'd knock his ass out.....they'd have to get through that beard though....fucking joke to have a beard like that and fight anyone anywhere
CC for the video Lyle. In all fairness, Kimbo looks to be a good street fighter, least he has head movement and a killer instinct. That big guy he was fighting was big, but not much else. He was not really a FIGHTER. He didn't have the heart, he didn't throw good punches at all, and really didn't look like he wanted to be there. Kimbo is a bully, that is obvious, he may run into an older, fatter, tougher bully in Ray Mercer though. Mercer is about 1000X better than "The Bouncer" I can tell you that.Quote:

Listen, I have MMA training in my background and as I look at this fight I see 100000 things wrong with his opponents approach.... Now fear is the biggest thing with these guys... Kimbo does a few things good... He has a good stance, great head movement, controlled agression and is very coordinated and fluid despite his muscular upperbody (which in a streetfight leaves an impression and gives a pyscological edge over his opponents) If he went up against someone remotely around his weight that equals his skill than it would be a good even fight.... The Gannon fight was sloppy, Gannon only won because he was able absorbed and overwhelming amount of punishment and Kimbo got gassed from teeing off on him... Gannons face was shredded to bits... I saw Gannon fight live at a UFC event and believe me when I tell he got his ass whooped by a guy have his size....
Kimbo might have a future in the pro's whether its MMA or Boxing.. he appears to be athletic for a big man at 268 but his age is a factor, but he has along way to prove if he is legit and not just some 2nd rate felony fighter... Regardless if this fight comes off there will be a Fukload of publicity
This is a publicity stunt. No way will Kimbo get in the ring with Mercer. I actually just hit Kimbo up to take his $10K challenge. I haven't heard back. No way his people let him get anyone near anyone close to his size that knows what they're doing.

Yeah, I for sure want to see this fight now, after watching three Kimbo fight videos. Anyone seen his fight against "Adryan", this buff white dude, weighed bout 240. Which I think was a little inflated, he looked like maybe 220. Anyway, that dude went right after Kimbo flailing away, then closed his eyes and flailed, then turned his back and got hammered. It was pretty entertaining. If these two fight, I don't expect Ray Mercer to flail, close his eyes, or turn his back.

That guy Adryan could not punch correctly . The way he placed his shots were laughable and they werent landing with any power behind them, , however that was enough to force Kimbo back . Thats all true. The Adryan guy didn't know how to throw punches, but I think he showed more balls than any of the other guys I've seen Kimbo fight (I haven't seen the Gannon fight). The Bouncer was huge, landed one good jab and got scared after bein hit a few times. The Rasta fight I just got through watching, the one in the boat dealership parking lot, he took one good uppercut and got KTFO. Big D, the guy in the first backyard fight, he got discouraged after Kimbo let him hit him in the face a couple of times, after that he got his eye seriously fuked up, and started making excuses. So overall of those guys I think Adryan showed the most balls. Still none of those guys really know how to throw punches at all, and a couple of em weren't even really fighters. I find it hard to believe some of these guys have backers who put up 10,000 on them to win against Kimbo. What a waste of money, most have no chance.Quote:
