If you ask me jumping into a new div. 147 and starting off with fighting Clottey was a BIG mistake.....
He should have felt out the div. by fighting some top 20 guy... Not Clottey....

Now there is the intangible which is Showtime and would they accept the fighter.....

I just don't see anything there for him anymore....
Let me see if I can find some recognizable name that he might be able to beat in the Welters.
