Hardest Welterweight puncher ever... who was actually good

Hearns without a doubt IMO. Followed by Tito. Obviously Ray Robinson has to be up there.....he was brilliant at EVERYTHING. Mayorga could crack at welter aswell.

I declare shennanigans on Gene Fullmer being a welterweight champion....also Gene Fullmer was 27 years old when he lost to Ray Robinson in 1957.

Robinson hit harder than Duran at least....I mean at welterweight he was a damn beast.

Let's also not forget that Robinson had 108 KO's...more than anyone else on the list
