Try to think of a time where you wish you never said anything. Saw a thread and it made me think of a time that I f**ked up
Mine was probably saying Hatton would win on points vs Mayweather then having to face everyone after such a one sided loss
Another was saying Mcbride was gonna last only afew seconds vs Tyson .
What are yours ? Please share . . . dont be shy
I though Tyson would beat Williams, McBride and Lewis. AND Holyfield.
I also though Gatti would destroy Mayweather :-[
The countless threads and hours of shit talking I spent tryin to convince others and myself that Ricardo Mayorga was gonna knock out Oscar Delahoya. But I stand by my pick. Oscar just got lucky...
Eric Morales to beat Manny Pacquia third fight. I was so convinced I was right.
i remember a few years ago thinking gary mason would beat lennox lewis. lewis had just had about 14 fights at the time. thats my excuse anyway ::**
Topic Merged. :)
Of more recent times...
I thought Holyfield would beat Sultan. :-\
SOOOOOOO many bad picks from me as i'm a sucker for the underdog....
I would say my worst one has to be picking Frank Bruno to beat Tyson in there second fight and losing money in the proccess :-[
i thought the layoff was too much for Tyson and he was the most feared and powerful fighters in the 80's but after his defeat and layoff in the klink i just thought he was done.
i was right really just not in that fight :-X :-X :-X
Miranda to beat Pavlik.
Not too bad of a prediction at the time, it was the way I was talking up Miranda to everybody around me before the fight that made it so bad.
i predicted audley harrison would be world champion..........yeah im ashamed of myself
I predicted this as well.Quote:

DLH to beat PBF thought he has too much of power and size advantage. i even predicted a KO. OOUCH!!!!
I've never made an embarrassing pick myself but someone did hack my account once and made a rediculous post stating that Joel Julio would be the man to beat Floyd Mayweather ::**
Saddo never did do enough about that in my opinion :-\
Lacy over Calzaghe.
Thing about dodgy predictions is, they happen all the time on theBritish RBR's, cause half the European guys or Ozzie's I've never even heard of. Leva Kirakosyan surprised me against Carl Johanneson, that was fairly recent. I think I also reckoned Sprott was going to give Skelton a shock, and he barely managed to throw a single punch, if that.
Oh S*** indeed
David Tua KO 6 Lennox Lewis
Genaro Hernandez W.12 Oscar Delahoya
Sugar Ray Leonard W.12 Terry norris Ouch!
Ricky Hatton W.12 Floyd Mayweather :dunce:
This list could go on for w while so I'll thump my chest with ones I nailed close to dead on
Evander Holyfield KO 8 Mike Tyson
Frankie Randall W.12 Julio C.Chavez
Pernell Whitaker D.12 Julio C.Chavez It was a "draw" for all the wrong reason so maybe I was a little off......But technically dead on none the less ;D
Bernard Hopkins TKO 10 Felix Trinidad

Tyson to dust Holyfield in two rounds
Baldomir over Mayweather
Bilbo made the same prediction.Quote:

I've long since disowned that claim from my memory.Quote:

I said that Calzaghe was going to beat Jeff Lacy in a hard fought and close UD... ::** ;)
By a mile when i said "Audley Harrison" had potential to be a great boxer and a world champion.
I believe i used him in the same sentence as Ali,Frazier,Lewis and a whole load of other heavy weight Oylimpic gold medal winners.
The guys a complete failure. LMAO
Have a cool click for making me laugh :lol:Quote:

But of course Lacy didn't win a fucking round so in hindsight yeah it was a pretty bad pick.
Shannon Briggs to be the dominant heavyweight force. Its amazing what a few highlight clips can do.
Herbie Hide v Riddick Bowe. I thought Hide would win on points against an unmotivated, out of shape Bowe. Oh, the folly of youth!
can't really remember the older ones but i thought:
hatton points over mayweather
taylor k.o pavlik
god im so stupid!!
tyson to win williams ;D
hatton over floyd is my most recent emBARE-ASS-ing prediction.
gotta admit though that left hook from floyd was nice ;D
I'm from Philly and i pick DLH to beat Hopkins because i thought something shady was gonna happen.
