Fact is you are grossly underrating trinidad
dude, here's the entire Maurice Blocker fight man. Can you please explain to me how someone can call this a one punch KO, considering the fact that tito pummels him with like 5 or 6 shots before he goes down ???

A one punch knockout doesnt have to be first shot in the first round ffs..
The fact of the matter is its one round, Maurice didnt have to go through rounds and rounds of punishment..
The shot that did him was one left hook and he was out on his feet with his eyes closed.. Thats the one punch..
You can blatantly see he is already as good as on his face as he starts to fall..But its fair game that tito nails him twice more on his way down
Tito, that's not a one punch knockout. If what you explained is your definition of a one punch knockout, then every single knockout that occurs is a one punch knockout. Trinidad-Blocker isn't one of them.
Re: Prime Tito Trinidad vs Prime Thomas Hearns 147
Guys don't take thing so literal. Ok so Tito does not literally have one punch KO power. But when you go so literall with this definition then who is? If you want to hear it another way than, Tito is a one punch momentum shifter. I mean look at the Reid fight. Reid was outboxing Tito and winning the fight but all it took was one punch from Tito and that fight was over. It don't matter that Reid went on to finish the fight, he was done, it was over, that was it, he was not coming back from that one and got KDed 4 times in two rounds all because of that first punch.

That's a good summary.
Re: Prime Tito Trinidad vs Prime Thomas Hearns 147
I liked both fighters and their styles and they both achieved a helluva lot.
Hearns was outboxing Sugar Ray Leonard for the majority of their fight so could do the same to Trinidad and Hearns bombs would be to much for Tito.
Hearns was also quicker than Tito.
As good as Trinidad was- I just can't see him beating "The Hitman"
Re: Prime Tito Trinidad vs Prime Thomas Hearns 147
Tito was great but he proved time after time he could be hurt. If and when Tommy hurt him he is not going to let him get back in the fight because he had that killer instinct and was a great finisher. It would be good one, a good ol slugfest but i think hitman would have beat him inside 8 rounds.

Time after time? What are you talking about, he was hurt once in his entire career. Do you mean down?

The way I see it. Nobody could go toe to toe with Tito and expect to win. Too many people tried it and they all failed. Among them some pretty big pounchers as I listed in another post.
Hearns on the other hand was beaten at his own game by both Hagler and Leonard. I know both of these guys are all time greats, but the fact remains that that never happend to Tito, not once. The only men to beat Tito were defensive minded fighters who out boxed him
Tito was sort of the bully type of fighter. He punched when he knew he could, Tommy would go to war even when the chips were down. Hearns was just a better fighter. Hearns by knockout in round 4.

Tito had a habit of getting knocked down early if he got knocked down vs Jackson he would be staying there.
