Well you shouldn't be considering its going to be the biggest boxing venue in Europe ever. Or maybe he shouldn't be allowed hometown advantage and the fight out to be made in some carnival tent in shitsville, Louisiana, just to placate the haters?

I know alot of people ahve ben whining and moaning about this fight taking so long to happen, but right now i, for one am glad!
simple reason... there aint no fucking way (apart form a dubious DC) that calzaghe can't get massive respect after he beats kessler...
FACT - if he had fought and whooped kessler instead of fighting bika the entire world would be screaming "ANOTHER MARIO VIET" this has taken so long, all the experts have chimed in, all forums have been non stop buzz, all the non fans or neutrals have been calling this very close and kessler very skilled all because its taken so long and people have had chance to see him...
I know joe has been syaing for a while he wanted him to raise his profile, maybe he was sick of not getting respect for beating good fighters? maybe it was total luck...
but right now, this is the best wya it could work out for him...
now november the 4th cue: "yeah be he hasn't fought in the US" hahahahahahahahahahahahah fuck it

Reading the *Official* thread and some comments being made about the aftermaths of the fight.
Let's get one thing straight here....
Whoevers the dumb! fuck to come on here and start shit! and ride of Kess is just that a fwocken idiot.
Heres what I'm getting to.....
If Joe beats Kess regardless of how he does it, Joe will have earned the respect he has been claiming.
Whoever thinks otherwise is just a wanker and is here to start shit.
Not only that but if Joe embaresses Kess whoa!! he will def. catapult in all-time rankings and def. as one of the best fighters of our times.
I mean these are 2 fighters in their primes, undefeated, established Champs with decent records some questionable opponents. Some people say Kess has fought the more prominent names some people say Joes the one with the better quality of opposition. Whatever the case maybe they are fighting eachother and all that goes out the window come that night.
But you can't discredit their undefeated records either cause they also make for interesting talk. This is like Lloyd vs. Donald, 'Finito' vs. Alvarez as far as records or like Gonzalez vs. Carbajal, Naz vs. MAB, ODLH vs. SSM as far as fighters at their best at the time of the fight.
Also the same should apply for Kess if he defeats Joe. No excuses if Joe is the man at SMW and is defeated by Kess then Kess becomes the man at SMW.
So please Kess fans be gracious in victory and defeat don't come here just talking shit! Some of you guys give him a bad name with some of the stuff you guys post. I know those memmbers are no longer here :flush:

Also the same should apply for Kess if he defeats Joe. No excuses if Joe is the man at SMW and is defeated by Kess then Kess becomes the man at SMW.
So please Kess fans be gracious in victory and defeat don't come here just talking S***! Some of you guys give him a bad name with some of the stuff you guys post. I know those memmbers are no longer here :flush:

I'll go on record here as saying that Kesslers style will play right into Joes hand's and i fully expect Joe to win.
However...this is boxing and anything can happen and kessler IS the bigger/Stronger man so is always gonna have a great chance,If Kessler wins no one will hear any excuses from me and i'll salute him 100%.
I'm a fight fan first and foremost and admire any fighter who gives it 100%!
Kesser deserves respect for coming into the Lions den (he could easily lose this during the ring walk just like Lacy did) ;)
20,000 in Denmark will sound like a muffled fart compared to 45/50,000 hammered Brits ;)

win or losse tho i don't not believe Joe is at his peak,that has come and gone... Now don't get me wrong, in no way is this a pre excuse for joe lossing (coz i honestly dont see that happening)
but i do honestly believe his peak has gone.. with that said he is still without a doubt imo one of the best boxers in the world... and if kess wins he goes top 5 p4p...

I'm siding with Kessler on this one, Joe should sweep the first 3-4 rounds pretty easily, but after that I see Kessler's durability and consistancy turning the tides.
This is gonna be a great fight though, prolly be close in no way do I see a shut-out.
but as for the topic of this thread.

Sorry Mick, but can you link me to when this fight has been made official before? I confess, I have followed the saga with interest and think you're being dramatic and not actually reading what is published, the last one I remember was that they were awaiting contracts to fight in Denmark. S***, I reckon you just don't like him eh? ;)
I like Joe I think hes a skilled fighter.
I have issues with the qaulity of his opposition just like I have it with RJJ, Pryor and Zarate.
But as a fighter I think hes talented.
It just so happens that I've been following Kess before he was champ and hes been my guy since then and will be for this matchup. S***! I was riding Kess off for not having the balls to take the fight to Joe got through some of my posts.
I was pissed at both soo no hating here. Just happy that it appears like the matchups happening and heres hoping Kess can bring his A game that night and do what he does best.
