Sparred with a former World contender Sunday in the gym the place was packed people training after the spar everyone was applauding Nice.
Boxes 10 Sept, Hes looking tremedous, He really is, Been working defense Routines a lot and its paying of, Hits very Hard. Ill put the video up when it happens. ;D

I think once the Board saw the court files and understood what people assumed He was giulty off wasnt the case and she had told lies to the papers so she could earn money. Without any comeback Him being in Jail and not being able to defend Himself, They have realised He was not Giulty. I do believe the paper shortly are to retract there story with an apology.

Been in London to sign contracts with Frank went great. Had a couple of sessions in the Gym while there. Glad to get Home, He got a Bug while there. Just done a light Technique session today and light resisstance work working posture and back foot awareness with Head Harness went well, did work blindfolded for Feel enjoyed.

I am back home now through. I actually got back yesterday morning but only just emerged from the jet lag coma this afternoon.
I am eager to find my way back to your part of the world again some time in the next year or so though.
I'm sure Plonk's career will still be going strong then so I'll probably try to drop by, catch up with you all again and watch some more quality boxing at some stage. :)
I'm sure I'll be eager to get Bilbo to climb a few more mountains with me since the scenery around Scotland and the lakes District was really stunning!
I lived in the Lakes for 11 years its great, Rest this week get rid of the Jetlag. ;D

I have two weddings two days in a row this weekend!
A good friend's on Sunday and my bro's on Monday! I'm bridesmaid so I obviously need to be looking slightly human for the ceremony and not some bedraggled had like creature! ;D
Plonks Sparred Today in fact all week, Two good trainers who I have known for years watched. He looked amazing, both said you have a World Champion there scrap. I think I have. ;D

I'm sorry to hear that Scrap. Hope the tests - whatever they are for - show something positive and you see some improvement.
I think just the fact tests are being done if probably good - i imagine many people don't even know to have tests done in a lot of cases.
I think it's a sign he's in the best possible hands and has a better than average chance of getting better.
He is back in the gym, Lucky it wasnt glandular fever. It was a energy deficiantency problem which has been sorted by diet. Its funny how some Kids never moan and keep it to themselves. Still got big hopes for the kid ;D
Yeah, you don't want Glandular fever! Jenny got it 3 years ago and in some ways she's still recovering!
He got the all clear Boxed a couple of weeks ago won in 2 my other Boy won in 4.
