You never know, Professors get paid quite well. And think about all the young female students you'll be able to impress. Sometimes girls do bad things in exchange for good grades ;)

I was an undergrad the last time I saw a fit young female student even in the same department as me, it seems populated with people who can speak about history mainly because they lived through most of it.

Consider yourself lucky, most of my history classes (probably because I'm an undergrad) are populated with people who are convinced that they, by virtue of that fact that they are 18-22 years old, know everything there is to know, and would love to explain to you how the U.S. is the root of all evil in the world and what they are telling you must be true because they read it on a website.

The only reason I don't have hate for know-it-all students is that I've already spent my hate on annoying kids, old people and the masses of stupid chavs that seem to have sprung up in groups of around five or six all over the place.

Well, I'm not sure about the dictionary definition, but for me Chavs usually constitute fairly young people 15-30, who tend to be poorly educated and from the wrong side of the tracks, and tend to have big mouths and very little morals, and are a breed who are developing like a warren of rabbit at the moment.
Hobbies tend to include vandalising bus stops, not getting up whilst on the bus for old people and pregnant women, and generally abusing and laughing at others.

Sounds like they need a bit of a beating to set them straight... sometimes I wish violence was socially acceptable. So would a "hoodie" be a chav then? I find them to be a strange social trend... everyone here wears hoodies, so I guess I better be careful what I'm wearing if/when I head to the UK.

I always think that hoodies tend to be a little more indie/alt/grunge types, whilst chavs are the mainstream equivalent I guess, with a large focus on having the right clothing and accessories.

The differences in social groups between countries is interesting (to me anyways). Excuse my embarrasing ignorance, but if I was to come to the U.K. (which I'm thinking about doing) and I were to wear my hooded sweatshirt, would I be looked at as one of them? I don't want to get myself into any shit because of my lack of social knowledge. What a stupid question, I'm ashamed to even post this...

Lol...nw, it depends on the type of hoodies and your attitude whilst wearing it. Obviously, to fall into the hoodie category, you always wear the hood up. Also, when alone act all meek like a kitten, but once you're in a group (i believe it's known as a buffet of hoodies) of a number then you have to be loud, obnoxious and not care about anyone else. but if you wear it with jeans and don't have a bad attitude, you ought to be fine.

 Gotta love that film!!!
Actually on the topic, i caught a few of the old black and whites and there was an American one called "The Saint," was actually pretty entertaining although i can't recall the names of the (famous) actors involved.
And continuing the film theme...I went to Saw4 Monday, really liked it? You follow the Saw series?

I saw{lol} Saw I and barely made it through that one. The most horrible acting I've seen since Saturday morning Kung-Fu movies. I never attempted parts 2 and 3. Good story, horrible acting; someone really should have killed all of them ::**

That's right, though I do think we as humans should try to respect eachother, sometimes stupidity negates respect. I can't say have any respect for someone who is basically a human xerox machine and is not married or in a long-term relationship.

You met her out, and you stayed at her house.
Does she know where you live?
If not just don't answer her calls she'll soon get the message.

 Because thats seriously cruel!
Dudes come on! Sometimes i can't believe the way us fells are! Some of these answers are attempts at humour that really are just exposing the Chauvanistic undercurrent that is present in male society.
If you want to spare her feelings (or in your case save yourself hassle,) a white lie is ok. But that lie must entail something which costs you not her, perhaps like Tito Magic Man said or perhaps that you have to get back with your wife...something that makes it your fault not hers.
Mayb in future you'll consider the woman, her feelings and her future before you F*** her and leave her.

Women have feelings? Since F****** when?

 You got any sisters?
How bout u CFH? You got any sisters/close female relatives?

I've got a sister, though we didn't grow up together, and I used to have some very close female relatives... I've also had the same girlfriend for the past 5 years.

Then u no, that there is a strong percentage of the male population that is entirelly testosterone driven and they are in fact still acting as tho we are superior to women.
I'm not perfect, i never was and neve will be and to my eternal shame i have no doubt used every weapon in my arsenal to score women in the past and have been by my own estimation, very succesful.
So i'm just tryin to redeem myself, i'm a nice guy now-a goodfella.
And to be honest it just scares the shit outta me when i see my two younger sisters attending the same old school i used to go. The same sports hall wher i used to train....I'm not even going to get into it :( :( :(

I think so. The thing with boys is they tend to want to do everything you do. They want to dress like you. They want to eat what you eat. They they always want to be around you. Which is not a bad thing. But when you have 3 sons and they each come with there own mother it does get a little difficult. But your not in that situation so things should be easier for you. Good luck
