Is Floyd a Great fighter? - Yes he is - he has beaten some top fighters and he has all the talent in the World.

Is he The Greatest of Alltime? No

Is he a Great Welterweight champion? On talent Yes but he hasn't beaten the best there is in the division so for now I say No.
