Man I did like Paulie but Hatton will man Handle this kid he just needs to watch this fight 1 time.

I think Paulie kind of over use the jab (maybe wrong word) but he barely used the right and like 5 uppercuts in the whole fight

I mean its not shocking, it was a close fight, a close fight was almost certainly gonna go Malignaggi's way.

Man I was hoping he would have sparked Paulie out in that 1 round. That ref was horrible and should have been taking points from Paulie for all that holding. I want a rematch. Herman could have been a little busier in a couple of those rounds, but oh well, now more yapping from Paulie about how great he is.

There's no reason for Hatton to fight Malignaggi right now. After a poor performance like that everyone would expect Ricky to win so he'd get no credit. I also think that even the most ardent haters of Paulie will admit that he can perform a lot better than he did tonight as well so looking bad tonight is no indication that he would just fold up and quit if he fought Ricky Hatton next.

Let's remember that N'Goudjo himself looked shat against Randall Bailey last time out.

its kind of strange actually I was rewatching the Fight that Malignaggi had with Cano and the announcer said the kind of person that would give him the most trouble would be a tall lanky fighter that could negate his jab and he was right about the negating the jab part. So much for malignaggi`s popularity and fan base, it looked and sounded like there was about 2000 people there. Ive seen more flies around shite! lol

Hatton should aim to fight him next, i`ve not seen much of Malignaggi but he showed absolutely nothing to suggest that he would beat Hatton on the basis of that fight.

It wasnt as much that Cotto was weight drained, it was the fact that Cotto broke his hand in the 5th. There was no mention of Cotto's broken hand in Paulies documentary and yet they could not stress enough about how Pualie would fight with hand injuries. Believe you me, had Cotto not broken his hand, Paulie would have been stopped in the 8th.

All Paulie does is jab, or quick punch and then hold his opponent. He did this all night long against Cotto and many confuse this with giving Cotto a tough time. Paulie is garbage and as he steps up the competition he will get beat worse.

Paulie is in a thin division right now.....lord help him if he fights Hatton, JC Jr., Demitrius Hopkins, or anyone else with any skill
