Ive never had sky. Had telewest back in Bristol but had Setanta kinda on off. Wasnt going to bother with any of it to be honest but the freeview picture is shite and the house already has a sky dish so.....
Ive gone on the sky website but they say our brand new phone number is disconnected, of course BT say otherwise so Im stuck in the middle with no fight

Re: David Haye v Enzo Maccarinelli RBR - Cruiserweight World Title Unification
Haye is going to be seriously weight weakened.
If Enzo cant beat him in this weak state he should retire.
I think Haye will win because he's got more talent and hits harder.
If they fought at there natural weights Haye would slaughter Enzo.
But as Enzo isnt man enough to step up, Haye has had to drag his body to places it shouldnt be going.
Haye by third round KO.

Re: David Haye v Enzo Maccarinelli RBR - Cruiserweight World Title Unification
The same 'weight drained' Haye just beat the undisputed cruiser weight champion, so no Enzo shouldn't retire. Some people seem hell bent on sticking an asterisk on a possible Enzo win.

If enzo was a PROUD man he would box HAYE @ heavyweight.
I think everyone knows enzos got no heart for a real fight.

Why would a proud man abandon all logic, sacrifice a possible advantage and grant his opponent and equivalent adavantage???

Haye by k/o in second or third.....

So Enzo is a harder fight for Haye than Mormeck is?
I believe it will be, Mormeck was stopped a fight before that one and really did not do much during the Haye fight, he didnt seem to go in for the kill when he had Haye in trouble either.
The only person that has really given Haye any type of scrap was Fragomeni who doesnt punch hard and the other hard fight Haye had didnt last 5 rounds;D

More importantly, why would I guy like you Donny, who clearly has very good knowledge of boxing, even bother rising to the bait of one of Seanie's posts?
Taking on a retard in a debate is just demeaning yourself. Remember that one for future...;D

Having been here since December 2006, I would have thought you may have picked up some boxing knowledge from the other members since being here.
It appears you can't polish a turd.

Damn man....you a cold fish. Everybody is entitled to their opinion....it doesn't necessarily mean as much as mine, but you're still entitled to it.
And if Mayweather was a real man....he'd challenge Wlad Klitschko for the Heavyweight titles to prove he's PROUD....

Re: David Haye v Enzo Maccarinelli RBR - Cruiserweight World Title Unification
Hi!I reckon Enzo Maccarinelli will win in the duration of the latter round of the Major domestic cruiserweight bout.Im totally aware as well as all of you fans in the boxing game, that Haye has the habbit of dropping his left hand incredibly low and inviting big right hand hooks to his cranium.Thats the only conclusion that i find that will make Maccarinelli the victor on the early hours of the 9th of march.
For anyone interested in having a bet on BIG MAC to WIN,here are some of the prices i found earlier today at the CORAL betting shop:
Maccarinelli on a straight win-5/4
To win in round 6th(16/1)7th(20-1)8th(20-1)9th(25-1)10th(25-1)11th(33-1)and round 12(33-1).Enjoy the fight mates.Should be GREAT!
-
Re: David Haye v Enzo Maccarinelli RBR - Cruiserweight World Title Unification
Surely if you believe Enzo will win that 5/4 ain't much cop
You can get 15/8 for him winning by KO/TKO/DQ.. and this fight ain't going the distance, but you can get 10/1 for Enzo winning on PTS.. repeat.. 10/1 to win on PTS
(bear in mind i'm a know-nothing toilet punter)

Re: David Haye v Enzo Maccarinelli RBR - Cruiserweight World Title Unification
I'm almost certainly going with Enzo but I'm not going to make a definitive pick till they're in the ring.

You're right! Somebody please get Floyd a training bra...and quick!
I've tried to explain this to him before, but he continues to just post things like "if Enzo can't beat a weight drained Haye, he should retire" and then ends the same post with a prediction of "Haye KO in 3". It shows little knowledge of the courage it takes to get in there with the best in the division.

setanta is very easy to subscribe to.just ring them.i really like their boxing coverage,i even enjoy big daddy Bunce!!
pity they didnt show any of the Vasquez -Marquez wars though.
Sky`s boxing coverage just gets worse and worse
logic tells me its gonna be Haye early (for stamina reasons) or Enzo late ( cos enzo`s GOT the stamina)
i really cant wait

Welcome on board mate....agree with you on Sky's coverage of foreign "big" fights, but I gotta admit I'm still loving Sky's domestic coverage....after all, there's more to British boxing than Sports Network's mismatches.

Re: David Haye v Enzo Maccarinelli RBR - Cruiserweight World Title Unification
Starting to get really amped for this fight. A fight that can literally end in the blink of an eye!
I'm sticking with Haye to get the KO but I think it will be bombs away from both guys from the very start.
Two ring championship fights in two weeks. Now thats what fans wanna see. I hope Haye & Macca can give us a fight just as good as Vasquez & Marquez did.
If Haye is victorious here I'd like to see him face either Cunningham or the Bell/ Adamek winner before moving up. Thats just wishful thinking on my part as I'd like to see Haye try to clean out the top end of the division before moving to heavy.

Re: David Haye v Enzo Maccarinelli RBR - Cruiserweight World Title Unification
Warren is playing mind (childish) games with Haye like moving the last post fight conference two hours and now wants the weigh in at 7 when Haye said it was set for 4pm. Haye does not need these nonsense games and I am sure Haye would strangle Warren if he tried got his hands on him. Last thing a fighter needs nearing a fight, when you get agitated by the slightest think.

I've heard another story, which is that Warren organised a press conference and that Haye refused to turn up because he was busy having a sleep. Two sides to every coin, even though on past history you've got to fancy Warren to be the guy who's playing games. It does seem however that there is a lot of bad blood between these two...could be at boiling point by Saturday night!

Re: David Haye v Enzo Maccarinelli RBR - Cruiserweight World Title Unification
I will go with Enzo because he's less hyped and he hasn't lost.
Plus David Haye is already talking about other fights and may be distracting himself.
Enzo looks like a goober though

Check the stats Lyle...Enzo lost in his fourth fight to a nobody, decked in the third round by journeyman Lee Swaby. He'd lost eight and drawn one of his eleven fights before he beat Maccarinelli. The excuse that Maccarinelli has used for that one is that he was young and foolish, and had been out drinking the night before with his mates. Make of that what you will.

I still want David Haye to turn into Audley Harrison

Me too lol but props to the guy he has done better than Audley and become the undisputed champion of his division.
Speaking of Audley he was at my boxing gym 2 weeks ago. Not training just paying a visit.
I hope Enzo does Haye but either way it should be a good night out for me and the boys. It's pretty much guaranteed to be a good fight regardless of how long it lasts!

Once VD realised that Maccarinelli was one of my compatriots from Wales, he knew there was only one choice left.....and that was the Englishman.

Haye made the weight easy looks like he tricked Warren and Enzo that he would struggle and they fell for it hook, line and sinker!

Love to see Haye spark out the "Giant Ostrich." ;D
Actually like both fighters but prefer Haye.
Just wanna see Warren's face when his investment has gone down the swanny.

Exactly as soon as one of Warrens boys lose (Calzaghe and Maccarinelli) the better just to see Warren's reaction :D
