I grew up in Temecula. It's a conservative town. I went to high school there. They do have lots of hot chicks.

That's true, they might think it's alittle fruity for a guy to have an opinion on female attire. Like Clubber mentioned earlier in the thread, the snub is the ultimate power move. If you start out by ignoring a girl, and by ignoring I mean being RIGHT next to them and not even looking in their direction, they'll immediately have more respect for you than those puppies who drool over them and immediately in their mind (especially if they're hot) start to wonder why this guy's not checking me out. Only after you have executed this snub move can you begin to talk to the girl the following time(days, or even weeks later). And it's easy. Just start out by pretending you're gonna use the same machine or bench she was just using and when you think she's just finished, say 'are you still working here?' If her response is friendly, start with small talk. If it's a quick, cold answer, abort mission, she's a stuck up skank.

ahah.. i thought this was a silly thread until i read this.. reminded me of this one time i was with my buddy and we were working out at the college weight room..

and this girl was working out, real cute, and she had a t-shirt on of my favorite band.. which isn't a largely popular band, so i was impressed.. and i finally got the balls to just mention "hey, nice shirt"..

and she just looks at me weird.. and i say it again.. then she finally TAKES HER HEADPHONES off, and is like "what did you say?"

yeah.. felt like a moron in front of everyone.. it was just supposed to be a smooth casual compliment heh..

i thank you for your kind words and support. i do agree i tend to approach the girls who appear to be "transplants" meaning they are only living out here to go to school or work, not the ones who are wannabe actresses/models.

buddy you dont even know how many times i got a digit from the most smokin hottie chick in the club in LA or SD and it turned out to be a 951 number LOL

i tried to rep ya but it said i have to wait.

but yeah my buddy just bought a house due to all the forclosures in lake elsenore its right north of temecula and u best believe ill be there alot this summer trying to do my summertime damage on those 951 beauties lol

its funny i often tell the girls in the club nice jeans, i wish they made mens jeans as nice as those and it actually worked LOL.

i tried the ignore the girl approach last thurs and i was hoping to ignore her in the club and then appear natural to walk out right before or after her, but she some how left without me catching up to her LOL

The Gym is a PERFECT place for "social proof".
Women have been programed to subconsciously analyze situations for 100,000's of years... Don't hang over the machine's while they are exercising.. Do your own thing, and try as much as you can to have them hanging over YOUR machine. Even if they aren't hugely attractive and other women in the gym feel like they are more attractive than your girls, it will still trigger their "social proof" gene, which tells them that "hey, that guy has girls around him that seem to like him.. Obviously he is safe and not some weird murderer".. They may also feel a little jelous, consiously or unconsiously that those girls are getting attention from you and they aren't.
A HUGE thing of women being attracted to men is knowing that they have other women in their life, and that other women accept you.

2. Make friends with as many guys in the gym as possible.. Say hi to them all the time, work in with them on different machines, ask for advice from them, give them advice.. Basically just be really friendly with as many guys as possible. Especially the ones that YOU perceive as high status.
When you walk into the gym and 50% of the guys in their say Hi to you as you walk through, girls are going to notice this and it says a TONNE of good things about you... 1) you are socially adapt 2) other men accept you 3) you have a big social circle, which women are wired to appreciate (back 10,000 years ago, a big social circle meant increased chances of survival 4) helping other guys out shows your a bit of a leader.. A leader of men is a HUGELY attractive quality, showing you in a "alpha male" light.

3. Make friends with ALL the staff at the gym. Apart from the huge roid heads, the gym staff and instructors are the next people on the social totem pole in the gym... If you walk in and are chatting and saying Hi to all the instructors, again it's showing a TONNE of good things.

4. Especially make friends with the female instructors. Ask them for help often and then while they are showing you, ask them how their night is going etc etc. Lean back in your machine and have them look like they are the ones eager to talk to you. This is conveying to all the other women in the gym that other high status women see value in you.

5. If eventually you do have other women talking to you, don't stand next to them while they work out like you are "gaming them", try to create the situation as often as possible where you are working out, and they look like they are gaming you.


It might take a couple of weeks to build up a good friendly relationship with most of the guys and staff at the gym, and convince a female friend or 2 to come with you to the gym,,,, but once you get all this happening, TRUST ME, women in the gym WILL have noticed you.. And will actually think about you on occassions during their workout, and will be PLEASED that you say hello to them.. Their brains will be like "hey, this high status guy is talking to me, I better say hi to him"...
As apposed to just being a quiet loner in the gym that doesn't talk to anyone, then suddenly you come up and say hi to a girl out of the blue, and she feels like "oh my god, what is this weird guy coming up and talking to me for.. Is everyone watching? This is embarrassing getting hit on like this"

Another thing is, girls are VERY in tuned to their surroundings... If she has already seen that everyone else around accepts you and is okay with you talking to them, she will automatically accept and be okay with you too.. She will feel comfortable also that everyone else is seeing you talk to her, and would feel dumb NOT being nice and social with you.. She'll feel dumb and alienated if she DOESN'T try to get along with you..

As apposed to you never talking to anyone, then when you talk to her, she will immediately feel like her value is getting lowered to below everyone else in the gym just by talking to you... She'll feel like she's being judged by everyone...
If you are a person everyone talks to, she will want to do the same..

Trust me, these points are HUGGGGGEEEEEE, and will absolutely be the difference between the girl having the immediate urge to either accept you, or reject you... It's that simple..!

Get ALL these going, and girls will WANT to meet you.. A LOT will often look at you (you'll notice, trust me), and you might even have a couple say hello to you..

i already started making new friends with the dudes and the staff and i already have them on my good side so it does work actually. i noticed when i was dropping my work advice on these two new guys i met the girls in the room were eaves dropping in and seeing wow this guy knows what hes talking about. i also notice one of my "targets" was taking notice to me schooling these two on what they were asking me about.

i made friends with the staff who told me the best hours and days to come in for the chicks!

Some great tips there buddy, I think the post where you listed the numbers from 1 to 7 about how hard it is the main problem for you, i've heard this a thousand times and it seems to work... "treat a princess like a whore, and a whore like a princess" This doesn't mean going and slapping them around, but making you look better than them. But that has all been covered by the master, I'll be trying my luck tonight haha
