i would recommend martial arts as it teches you more than the hands, if you are a good boxer youll beat 85% of the public but the other 15% who can take you tpo the ground will destroy you. 4 is simply better than 2 but any hand to hand fighting is helpful if not used for attack. O0

Honestly I got bullied at school and started boxing and by the time I quit I had won the state golden gloves championship. I didn't let anyone at school know about the boxing since it wasn't a school activity and when they announced I was a state champion suddenly all the guys who picked on me suddenly started avoiding me for some reason.
