no way man. ricky made trouble for pbf at some point of that fight. hatton has a lil boxing in him. he only got ko'ed against pbf coz he was anxious and impatient about floyds game. thats a ko he'd take back anyday. but then again, who am i to say it is so. lets wish that it will happen

He never really troubled Floyd Mayweather much if your being kind to Ricky Hatton the most rounds you could give him is 3.
Re: MArquez the greatest Mexican of this era....
Marquez is a brilliant technical fighter...but like all great Mexican champs, he has tremendous heart as well. That being said...i still have him third behind Barrera and Morales as one of Mexico's recent great fighters. Marquez needs to finish his career on a tremendous high...considering he squandered so many years and potential great fights because of bad decisions/management. Casa wasn't exactly a young buck...that being said he is still a difficult stylistic matchup...so credit to Juan for winning an exciting fight. Even though i had Marquez AT THE VERY LEAST fighting Pac to a draw in their 2 fights...the official results didn't give him the win in either fight. And in what was another one of the great fights from this year...i had the Barrera/Marquez fight a draw or a narrow victory for Marco (i know i'm in the minority in thinking this, but just how i saw it). So Marquez has had some narrow wins and losses in recent fights...but props to him for taking on great fighters and performing well. But i still think he needs to close out his career with at least 2 HUGE wins to be in the same breath Barrera or Morales.

A little...
Ok, I'll give you that one. If you wanna say a little.
Once....
You've gotta be joking? I know your a Hatton fan and all but don't get blinded kid.
Off the top of my head I'd be willing to bet you ALL of my Rep points vs. ALL of your Rep points that is was more then once?
You wanna bet?
Here I'll leave you a google link so you can look it up before you answer me:
Google
Let me know if the bet is on. :)
You badly over exaggerate it Mick. Come on now. "Rattlin and rollin" LOL that shit is comical :lolhaha: It was nothing like that at all. Pure hate right there :LOLATYOU:
It was exactly the same as the Urango fight. Wobbled once by a body shot.
:)
Re: MArquez the greatest Mexican of this era....
Hard to pick between the 3, I'd have JMM number 1 just that a faded Barrera pushed him so close. For me, if JMM has one more big win he'll have done more IMO.
Re: MArquez the greatest Mexican of this era....
- Eric Morales
- Marco Antonio Barrera
- Juan Manuel Marquez

Do you want to bet ALL your rep points vs. ALL my reps points that Hatton was hurt more then once?
All I need is a simple YES or NO. :)

LOL.
It's one's own opinion whether Hatton was hurt once, tiwce, three times or whatever. There's no right answer, it's based on the individual's opinion. Hatton haters will of course say he was hanging on for life. Wheras Hatton fans will say he weren't hurt.

Not hating on Hatton here. I'm actually one of the few from the states that geniunely likes thet guy... He's all smiles and is funny as fuck.
But I saw the fight and many people saw the fight. He was def. hurt more then once and you know it which is why your not taking my bet. ;)
Anyway, here just clarify this matter heres a clip from the bout summary:
"In round eight, Hatton absorbed a left hook to the chin that wobbled him, and in round ten, Hatton was hurt again by a left hook."
Just incase you still don't believe it heres a vide of those 2 occasions.

I'm past the JMM-Hatton matchup this just proving how facts are facts.
For all this talk, OK Hatton beats JMM and soundly.
But he was hurt more then once. Which is what I said.
I said he was "Shaking rattlin' and rolling" (By the way that was just an expression it's from a song) I hope you didn't think I literally meant Hatton was rolling on the floor or something...
So let me know if your still not convinced that Hatton was hurt more then once.
