I grew up about 10 miles from Kirk. Watched him fight as an amateur numerous times. He had real talent but let it all go away.

I'm currently watching on Setanta now. Steve Bunce is on, awesome guy.

Nah Kirk Johnson only lost twice one was to John Ruiz, because he was using John Ruiz's nutsack as a speedball and he got DQ. And the other one obviously was to Vitali Klitschko.

Yea he lost to Audley Harrison i remember that fight clearly, it was one of Audley Harrison's early fights maybe his 3rd pro fight or something.

I'm still trying to get my head around the heavyweight division today. For the prestigious WBC belt you have a 37yr old who hasn't fought for 4 years against one Fat fukking slob who moves only slightly quicker than a brick wall.

I cant wait till David Haye cleans this lackluster division up.

Round 1 = Ok here we go guys/girls Vitali starts out with a jab, Peter trying to get on the inside, nice short left hook from Vitali. And another, so far so good for Vitali he is keeping the fight at long range, nice right hand from Vitali. Left hook again from Vitali, nice right hand from Vitali buckled Peter's legs for a second. Jab/right hand from Vitali, right hand to the body hurt's Peter, another right hand from Vitali on Peter's temple. Left hook from Vitali, Peter swinging widly with the left hook and missing, Vitali landing accurate shots from long range, landing good jabs, left hooks from the outside. And the occasional right hand.

Great round for Vitali 1-0

Peter is gonna get KNFO any minute. So slow and so shiit. Vitali won the first easily. Nice jabs. The reach and height advantages for slap hammer number 2 make a big difference.
