Just a little trivia, you'll only get this if you watched the show Northern Exposure, but the actor Billy Drago, is the real life father of the actor who played Ed on Northern Exposure. ;)

Yes, he seems to get the most votes based on his innovative way of killing people. :fighting0043gi5:

Rod Steiger as the ruthless Nick Benko in The Harder They Fall. Also, Max Bear as Bunny Brannen in the same flick.

Re: Most Cold Blooded Performances By An Actor
One more. The guy who played the madman in Klute and finally, but perhaps the best, the guy who played Chikilenko in Citizen X. He killed over 50.

Re: Most Cold Blooded Performances By An Actor
I like Heath Ledger's pencil magic trick in Batman.
I second TS' choice about Michael Madsen in Reservoir Dogs (1 of my top 10 fav movies).
Denzel Washington played a back stabbing evil role in Training Day. I enjoyed that one too. Same way with that dude in No Country For Old Men.
But what really bothered most was a couple of role by Daniel Day Lewis. He was great in Gangs Of New York and Let there Be Blood.

Re: Most Cold Blooded Performances By An Actor
It's quite a subtle moment compared to those that have been mentioned, but I thought Ed Harris hanging the little boy in Enemy At the Gates in order to draw out Jude Law's character [they were snipers if you haven't seen the film] was pretty cold blooded. All the other ones I can think of have been mentioned. :-\
