Re: *Glory, Glory Man United*
Ryan Giggs - 35? The man played like the God he is on Saturday against Chelski. The best play on the pitch by far and he was playing in Central Midfield.
The most decorated player in British footballing history.
Oh and 1-0 to United over Wigan so that means
2 Points behind Liverpool with a game in hand.
The Devils Go Marching on.:)

Re: *Glory, Glory Man United*
You know Jaz,
I can def. understand your points but I can't help it if I've been a fan of these clubs for about 15-20 yrs. now it's just the way it's been.
I've talked to lots of people and no ones ever cared.
I personally just see it as the teams I've always supported.
For me I can't see them live at Old Trafford but waking up so early to catch them live on the telie is just like being there for me. I know most of the chants and songs I have them printed out. I sing them out loud and just enjoy the games like I was there.
The jerseys videos and all is just the way I show everyone else where I stand.

Re: *Glory, Glory Man United*
United are looking really strong right now. As a Liverpool fan that upsets me somewhat, but we only have ourselves to blame. If you cant put teams like Stoke away then you have no right to be hogging the top spot. The Newcastle win was good. But then two patchy performances after. We arent losing any games but we need to pick it up, the next Liverpool:Man U game could be what it comes down to. Aston Villa are doing remarkably well this year too. Strange that. :p;D

Makes me sick:-X:-X:-X:mad:
P.S, you should always support your local team wherever you where born at.I was born in Hartlepool so i support them even known their miles away from the premier!!Supportor by heart, thats the way it should be too!!;)
Ive been a pompey fan since a nipper as thats where i am from. Believe me i'm not a glory boy..supporting an outfit that has the worst ground in the league (including the lower divisions) and i've been to my fair share of shyte ground in div 2 on a rainy wednesday nightfollwing the blue army.
Those were the days i say!
Pisses me off we get a new breed of pompey fan now on board who piss and moan cos we aint top 6. FFS get real, we almost went into admin in 98 and got bought by terry vegetable (cunt) for a quid.
Anyway...bring on the glory boys lol

Re: *Glory, Glory Man United*
Fucken Liverpool... They must already be in talks of the next season. ;D
What will they do if they send Stevie G. to the whole for 5? :(
Stevie G. dropping the soap in jail?
I'm sure the City boys in there will treat him nice. :bananasex:

Re: *Glory, Glory Man United*
Everything was looking so nice Bolton holding on, Chelsea losing, Villa losing and then it all goes tits up.
Two matches against Everton are big for Liverpool's season.
PS Rafa just sign the contract.

Re: *Glory, Glory Man United*
HAHAHAHA!!!! It's gone awful quiet from our neighbours in Liverpool all of a sudden!! There is no way we will not win the league imo, only worry is our lack of goals away from home but the defence 10 games in a row without conceding a new record set today amazing!!
Liverpool will be shitting themselves and with them still to come to old trafford no chance, Chelsea dont seem to want to play for Scolari and nearly were beaten by at home by the only team bar fulham to have not won away from this season.

Skel isn't it something like 200 some minutes without a goal against?

I think its like nearly 800 minutes in the league we eqaulled the record set by chelsea in 2004/2005 10 games on the bounce, its frightning to think we are in this posistion and i still think Ronaldo is playing at around 70%.

Re: *Glory, Glory Man United*
Man United's defence is immense - 10 games without conceeding a goal has equalled the record.
Another win away from home - they will start getting into superb form now as they always do in the run in - so Liverpool and Chelsea need to be great to stop them winning the title.

Re: *Glory, Glory Man United*
chelsea go to liverpool on feb 1st so someones dropping pts either way;D

Can you start up a Stevie G thread and post any jail jokes going about on him.
Would really appreciate it.

Re: *Glory, Glory Man United*
Stevie G has had all charges against him dropped. He is innocent and went missing against Chelsea. :-\
