It's probably because the statement will include the results, the punishment and the precident for the punishment to make sure that it can stick legally. If it was nothing, I think they would have said that already. "We checked and it's just gause" wouldn't take that long, IMO.
yeah but if he was guilty I'd have thought they'd come out and say, yes an illegal substance was used, then they could go about doing all the legal mumbojumbo shit... just wish they'd release the damn results already ;D
