Its not my fault Miles LOL i don't even hardly bring up about me being an Amateur boxer, only in the Training Section. All i will say is that im an Amateur boxer and thats it. Memphis brought it up, because he likes to have little snipes at me about it and he ain't joking despite what he says.

People have been having a go at me for awhile Miles, just look at it from my point of view. I play around with CGM in one thread he takes it all serious, Bilbo makes this thread and i answer then i start getting accused of cheating and being Britkid.

In 3 different threads from a dozen of members or so, and sorry but i am pissed off wouldn't you be ? i try to make a joke out of it to break the ice, but still im getting this bullshit.

This debate im having now has nothing to do with anyone, only me and CGM because we played eachother and the only other witness was Killersheep.

If it's between the two of you then sort it privately and the pair of you post up here it's settled and it might be the end of it. But it is a forum and people will be curious.

You have talked about your misses, regardless whether it was in this thread.

Donny & others have been open about where they or have trained. If you want to keep it secret then that's fine but if for example you post a thread saying you just won your last fight - & take praise for it. You don't expect people to ask for evidence of that somewhere down the line.
If it turns out you (or anyone for that matter) have been shitting the members be prepared for the flack.

I don't see a crossing of the line into personal business, especially since this is a boxing board, and that you have shared your experiences with us verbally (well with text).

It seems a bit strange to me, especially when you said you can look many moves ahead, when in a 15 min online game top players wouldnt bother to calculate many moves ahead but would just play quickly according to positional factors like I mentioned above, there simply wouldnt be time for advanced calculations.

Also you never responded as to what openings you used which kind of makes me think you don't know the names, which simply wouldn't be the case if you studied chess.

I think Ice himself is the one who has probably taken it too seriously. It would have all washed over a lot easier if he had taken it all in his stride and laughed it off. But he just kept digging a bigger hole for himself.

I kind of agree, he's a good contributor to the main board, and you have a right to keep things private. Maybe if he just admitted to cheating at chess and had a laugh about it then this would have blown over.

You can't get mad because some people on a board don't believe everything you say if you have no proof to back it up. Even if he is a million to one chess prodigy, he should accept that something like that is very hard to believe without cast iron proof.

If you think hes a fraud, call him out on his boxing knowledge and not his chess playing ability. You may be able to fake a chess match, a picture of your mrs or anything else but knowledge can not be faked. But i havent seen anyone stand up in this thread and call him out for a debate on boxing. It shouldnt matter if hes an amateur or not...if he can back this shit up with knowledge then you are all fucked. Im not saying there hasnt been moments where i have questioned some of ICBs posts but fuck i remember when i got here. I wasnt exactly ready to share my life story and if i did i may of left parts out or may have lied because i was insecure....didnt want a bunch of people i didnt know knowing that much about me. All you have to do is save the link to your favorites or copy and paste the lists to Microsoft Word and have then ready for threads.
All you gotta do is run a search find the lists and copy and paste them.

This knowledge you speak of to me is even more suspect then anything else.
I'm certain he's learned now after all he does post here and he does watch fights but I know for a fact he's posted something things on here that have contradicted things he's said in the past.
The thing is snake the things he says he knows or knew become lies when he's caught on something.

I've known this for years and so have others but everyone kept it to themselves and just played along. I know certain who pretend to be in good with him and agree with him in posts just to see what he's gonna post next. So you see Snake it just so happens that things have piled up and people here whom he's befriended online want to know is he real or is he all talk.

It's a known FACT at least to a lot of people I've talked to here 1 on 1 that ICB is quite fond of BoxRec & google.

I remember talking about the great Gilberto Roman & Miguel Canto in a thread and ICB said he had never seen them before so I linked him to some YouTube links.
About a month later ICB lists Gilberto Roman as one of the most skilled Mexican fighters he had ever seen. Having only seen about a 5 minute video of him. ??? Go figure.

The internet holds a lot... I mean a lot of knowledge snakey so don't buy everything people post. You gotta learn to read between the lines. All you have to do is google the topic.

I've debated with ICB many times and if he's as honest and sincere as he says he is he'll tell you I've beat him every single time.
I'd debate with him today, tomorrow and next month and would not lose to him because I know my knowledge on the subject is real talk and I can back it up with facts.
I also don't think anyone here would not be up to debate with ICB I'm certain many people have debated with him.
ICBs style of debating is he's right & your wrong cause he saw the fight years ago and he'll see it again once he downloads it and that's it.
He himself has admitted that he can get angry and behave like an ass because of a lot of the personal problems he says he has.

For fucks sake Snakey, ICB lists Oscar De La Hoya as one of Mexicos greatest fighters? Oscar was born in Montebello, CA and won a gold medal for The United States of America in Barcelona, Spain in '92.
But because his parents were born in Mexico he (ICB) thinks that makes him Mexican.

Also your talking about being a newbie, ICB is not a newbie and he's been here for sometime now has posted pictures of himself on the avatar, his girl friend and has opened up about a lot of things here posting when he 1st found out he was going to be a father and other personal stuff. It's not like he just got here last week...

One thing I've OFTEN said is I would like to meet several people here in person to debate on a topic and see if all the boxing knowledge that is posted here by them is real talk or is it google doing the work for them.

You guys might not know all my personal life and there's a lot about me you guys don't know and won't know but I'm real and I would like to think most of you are real with me.

I know who's real and who's not. People that I know are real talk know who they are we've exchanged PM's and had real talks. You know it when you talk to someone even through the net when it's real.

JT, Superheavy, POB, JohnnyKickAss, amat, C-Lo, BIG H, Memphis, Smash, Missy, OumaFan, SweetPea, Scrap, CFH, CGM, Bilbo, Legion, killersheep, Silverback, THIRDMAN, Galaxy, eagle etc. etc. etc. you know it you know it when they post as you read their post you feel it's real talk.

I just think that the game was played this long and the hour glass has ran out and it's time to get some answers to some questions.

Is it surprising that it's not just 1 person it's a couple of people who have encountered this?
