PAC is in the list posted by other members... I think it's not off-topic to comment about PAC on this thread... It isn't like out of the blue I brought up PAC's name in this thread...
This is the Top 20 list and by mentioning that PAC defeated 20% of that list makes him fully deserving to be in this Top 20 list... Agree mate?? ;)
