Ward will hammer AA until the ref stops it in the later rounds or his corner throws the towel in because AA isn't fighting back. There is more than one way to stop somebody.

True. I think Ward is pretty smart though and if he's comfortably up 8-1 or something, is he the kind of guy who takes the risk of letting it all hang out to convince the ref to stop it? I don't think so. I think he glides the rest of the way.
We'll see.

I can see the possibility of Ward dominating, but AA has a decent beard, and I doubt that his corner will stop it unless he's taking a beating or is out on his feet..
Nobody seems to be giving AA any shot at winning, I think it would be funny as hell if Ward underestimates AA, and gets his ass handed to him. It probably won't happen just sayin' an upset would be sweet.

upset written all over it

Are you one of those British boxing fans that loves Abraham because of your dislike for his rival, Pavlik, which stems from Loew's comments made a few years ago that Pavlik could beat Calzaghe? Cause, no offense, but Abraham is about to be squashed. And I don't like Ward's smothering style, but I don't see a way that AA can with this.

I'll tell you what is funnier, not only did all those Pavlik lovers say he would easliy beat Calzaghe, they also claimed his resume, and status in boxing, would far surpass Calzaghe's when he retires. Deary deary me...
For the record - come on Abraham!!! You only need one bomb to turn this fight on it's head.
AA - KO 10. Fact.

Ill be at the fight tomorrow. I think it will be a typical Ward boring and ugly lopsoded UD victory. If Kessler couldnt do anything with Ward, what makes anyone think Abe can do anything with his straight up style and wide punches? Especially after the way Abe has looked in his last two fights.
Outside the ol' "punchers chance" I see little hope for Abe. You have to throw punches if you want to land a hail mary

Hey, people can be wrong, and at that point in time, after Pavlik beat Jermain Taylor, the first time, after seeing Jermain fight tooth and nail against Bernard Hopkins, it wasn't super far-fetched.
I'm rooting for AA too although I'd probably rather see a Froch-Ward finale - I just find it hard to see how AA wins.
