Re: ESPN FNF Victor Cayo-Lamont Peterson
Despaigne's voice might go up a couple octaves after this fight. :vd:

Why all the hate? I think the Peterson Brothers have done great given that they grew up as orphans living in a bus station.
I just want to see some good action packed fights, I think Miranda can upset Despaigne.
My hatred for them is strictly auditory. They're great on mute ;)
I'm with you, it's strictly their auditory that drives me nuts. BTW, love the pic of Peter as your sigi.
Oh, and good evening everyone. ;D
Que tal chica? You going to join our fantasy football league?
I've never played before, so not sure how it works. :dontknow:
I'm just glad that we are going to have a season. I am bummed that the Hall of Fame game was canceled though, that's always a big part of of the HOF induction weekend up here.
I'm a Bengals and Seahawks fan, so there might as well not be an NFL season :p
Ummm.... Browns fan, need I say more? ;D
Something about thank you Mr. Hillis, he did quite well for my fantasy teams last season

Re: ESPN FNF Victor Cayo-Lamont Peterson
Bad DQ, there should be a higher power that can overthrow the ref's decision at times. Didn't this guy ref the judah fight too? Maybe he got so much flack for the maybe low blow and Miranda just paid for it.
-
...Just like Ruiz-Kirkland. Miranda was getting held down and therefore a punch that would land in "fair territory" as it were strayed foul.
Hopefully the main event is better
Fat Dan!!!

The fuck he is. There's a reason he doesn't get many big fights. He just showed one.
Whatever, he usually does a good job, Miranda was warned and had 2 points taken away, the last shot was right on the nuts, WTF is he suppose to do?

Is Teddy rocking a camouflage tie with a striped shirt???? Lord Jesus the idiots at ESPN have no sartorial sense whatsoever!
When doing a boxing show and you're in doubt, rock a tux! No baby blue and no frills!

DeSpaigne should have been warned about pulling the head down.

OMG Peyton!!!! I love Peyton, he is Cleveland football all the way.
Thanks to Violent D's Broncos who made the worst trade last year. They gave us Peyton for Brady Quinn. :lolhaha:

Re: ESPN FNF Victor Cayo-Lamont Peterson
One thing I'll say about that dq....at least he didnt 'wait' or use Despaignes reaction as an indicator as what to do. Guy learns to milk shit like that.

Gomez thinks he has a chance ;D
-
Re: ESPN FNF Victor Cayo-Lamont Peterson
I like what Gomez was saying there, but he's gonna get pummeled.
-
Re: ESPN FNF Victor Cayo-Lamont Peterson
Damn it's not a mistake. Never would of guessed it. Wonder what the muthafukka takes? Anyway who the fuck here knew Kenny Bayless was 61 years old?

God Fury looks like a goober! Such a goofy bumpkin looking dude.
I have bad feelings about a JuanMa-Salido rematch...JuanMa needs to move away from that.
Gamboa-Ponce De Leon COULD be an upset, but most likely Gamboa clips him early.

He always does. Don't you remember the shit he was saying before the Cotto fight? We all know how that turned out. ;D
BTW, every pic I've seen of those two together during the promotion, Gomez is trying to look tough, and it just doesn't work on him at all. :shakehead:

Gomez will be outgunned.
Alvarez just keeps getting better.

Tye has more power but less confidence.

Unless he's playing headgames and really doesnt attack for he ko he might stick around a bit
The minute he steps in on Alvarez he turns into the bug on the windshield. Splat!

Re: ESPN FNF Victor Cayo-Lamont Peterson
Peterson has some nice focus going on.
-
Cotto-Canelo....anyone down for that?
That right hand looks good for Peterson!
-
Re: ESPN FNF Victor Cayo-Lamont Peterson
Cayo looks out of his league here, this might not go too long.
-
Re: ESPN FNF Victor Cayo-Lamont Peterson
Not a bad fight so far, this is about the point that Maidana really hurt Cayo.
-
Re: ESPN FNF Victor Cayo-Lamont Peterson
Better round for Cayo, 1-1 after 2.
-
Re: ESPN FNF Victor Cayo-Lamont Peterson
-
Re: ESPN FNF Victor Cayo-Lamont Peterson
Peterson needs to use a counter right hand more.

Cayo looks vunerable to a big shot, Peterson just looks stronger to me.

Is there a big rivalry between the Browns and the Bengals? I assume there is for obvious reasons, but they've both been so shitty for so long...
Yeah, there is a little bit of a rivalry between the Browns and Bengals, the battle of Ohio and all, but our biggest rivalry is with the Steelers. Browns and Steelers fans hate each other with a passion.
I fucking hate the Steelers. They stole that Superbowl from the Seahawks.
