There is so much more to dna /rna memory tracts than first meets the eye. Or more to the point the conscious awareness, as opposed to the unconscious/conscious awareness of most who are happy looking the opposite way, away from anything other than material possibilities. Its like a veil is across its existance to prevent even its slightest penetration from the material perspective.
Personenly I agree with where youre coming from. Involved with soccer coaches at the moment. At the moment there take on it is different, as regards outlook on DNA and the young. Im still listening ;D

Well im in the middle of something and its confusing to be Honest. Newtonian law of Pyhsics tells you one thing, but working with certain people tells me something else, my gut feeling tells me we are missing something, thats there and its staring us in the face ;D. For the last 18 months been working with people who have M/S and C/P, because I have got something they wanted to try. At the moment Ive got them doing something they have never done, Walk. Ive got a few ideas, but something tells me its not directly coming from the Brain. But it must come through the Nervous System, any ideas.
I am a rookie here, but I have been interested in embryology as it pertains to the heart, brain, and pituitary gland. Lot's of interesting things found there. I would be interested in exercises that respond to this. I have found at times in my life that a certain physical movement will spring a visual memory, emotional feeling or certain smells.
One interesting thing with this thing Ive got is interesting. The Heart works at 30% better output, its more efficient. Also the Spine and Head are in a slumbiant posture no impact. People who use it repair injurys in less than half the normal time it usually takes, Im talking serious injury.

Its part of it, there are different angels. When on it theres no Stress or Shock to the Heart or Spine or the Oral cavity. But improves Fitness Cardio and Strength .

I'm not opposed to any form of strength traiining as long as you are gaining benefit. But one old method of strength training for boxers use to be pushing cars (naturally with someone behind the wheel and the gear in neutral. You build, arms, back, legs, hands...trust me..when you start going up slopes and hills--its a killer, There were usually two or three of us to each car. This was in addition to the other exercises. Made a big difference when you got in a ring and some bigger guy was trying to push you into a corner or the ropes.
Scrap, I read where you attach elastic to the lead arm and rear foot for'some drills. Do these type of drills constitute most of your strength and conditioning workouts for combat athletes?
I work on the concept of Feel, thats the only thing the CNC understands or adapts too. If the Feel is wrong so is the action that follows. Something Ive said before. Which has the Better response from the CNC the Slap or the Tickle, understand that you are Half way there. Plus the younger you are getting it right everything in your concuoisness adapts. Dont mend Men Make a Better Boy. ;D

Do you find the same thing with injury prevention? It seems like some guys just plow ahead in training withhout "listening" to their intuition. What have you discovered in this area? With conditioning it's a tough road. Thanks so much for your knowledge.
Ive found over the years, that Body maintainance is the single most important thing there is. Stops compensation of other areas and joints, gives better posture, to the Head for Balance. Gives the Body Stability in its Biomechanics and adaptability and a progression to Do. Giving you less chance of becoming injured.
I have noticed you talk a lot about oral stability, and head posture. It's interesting that so many trainers keep teaching to "tuck the chin" when biomechanically it feels like poor position. How do you train your fighters to maintain good defense, and not get in the habit of poor chin placement? Thanks again.
Basically we work at it. Ive never seen a Great Fghter Fight with His chin on His Chest Plate that gives you a clue. Show me a Fighter that does Ill show you a Fighter waiting to get Hit ;D
I agree. Do you find that the rotation of the thumb down, and the turning of the shoulder the best way to teach defense against the counter? Thank you.
It helps, its a good habit. Always moving Joints, they are the thngs that create movement of the Body. Help tell the lies youre trying to make. Boxing is about telling Lies, Shadow Boxing with a Partner I think is a great way of learning as a start, teaching angles, distance, and levels. Ill put ideas up.
Scrap,do you follow mma at all, or just boxing? I was wondering what your thoughts on the boxing in mma, and the improvements that could be made. The videos are great. Do you use the conditioning video protocol on a regular basis, or just a sample of what can be done. I would like to know your thoughts on programing i.e. Frequency of those type of workouts. You should write a book on the subject :)
I work wth MMA tonight Fridays enjoy it, so do they. How often to use them ?, depends what and why plus who, you are working with. I try to make it interesting for them, and Me ;D

Exercising should be done to improve Motor Skills to adapt. Im a big believer in that, its getting the SNS the awareness to Do. Over the years ive found Rubber the Best way to achieve this, it has the propertys that mimic the Feel that sends the message of Do, to Joints and Muscles.
Do you have any articles or comprehensive notes from your experience? I would love to ,earn from your knowledge. Thank you for your posts.

Hi,over the years you try things, and hopefully come up with ideas. I take every situation and try and solve it, also by listening to wiser men than myself and listening to them, Ive been very Lucky in that respect. Then you try and evolve. Rubber mimics muscle and joints Feel for movement, why, it is not constant, weights, Metal are. For any sport with movement, its sending the wrong messages to the Sympathetic Nervous System, also tightens Tendons. With the Woodybands and other things, I find them great for what I call Body maintainance, Stretching and Muscle Correction. If muscles are not performing as they should niether are the Joints, causing Trauma, Stress. Idea is in any action to beat Gravity, with as little impact as possible to the Spine, which gets more than you think, because of the Head, and where the Body is Taking it. one Joint not working as it should, make the top 6 vertabrea work overtime to compensate. Thats it for now ;D Bed.
Fitness Strength, is a complicated matter if, unsure of How things work. Educate yourself, Read, okay things and concepts change, but for Physical Strength it boils down to one thing. Your Heart, its the Highway to everything, everything works because of it. Muscle is great, but without the Cardio System, its no good to man nor Beast, because of what is produced Lactic and Carbon Dioxide. In Sports Fitness the Heart is Everything, its the beginning and the End ;D

This is a never ending debate. One of the coaches where I work discourages any weight training. He says it makes the fighters muscles in the arms and shoulders stiffer and limits movement. He also says "If your weight training...your not concentrating on fighting skills". I do agree with him to a certain point. But I see to many students come in, and when they get on the heavy bag, and I am holding, their punches are like marshmellows.
I'm from the old school. I believe the best strength training comes from free weights, bar bells and kettle balls. Without writing a book, I qualify that by saying, it should be done not to put on great muscle mass (unless you are a heavy weight pro traiining 10-12 hours a day), and you need to set yourself a program working only certain muscle groups for 30-40 minutes, divide the groups into three days a week and take the weekend off. Low weights and high reps and sets will bring amazing strength results. All of this is IN ADDITION to boxing training and cardio workouts. Your Diet will be a big concern with this added training, along with your weight, and possible fatigue. You just have to figure out what works for you. Thats why we use to push cars, carry buckets of water up and down stairs with our arms up and curled, beat tires with sledge hammers, and work out with weights....it built strength.
Heres a couple what I came up with a few years ago for muscle Speed. 1st one doesnt need an explanation, the 2nd one does. sit feet as wide as you can. Feet pointing in to centre line. Then do it, it fires all the Neurons in the leg at once and the Shoulder and Core.
