Exactly, it is most typically American people that get very upset and that is because their media just wants to scare them and all too easily does so. Most people in Korea couldn't give a hoot. Even if the worst case scenario happened, North Korea's weaponry is so old and shitty that vast chunks of it probably don't even work. Their tanks likely have no fuel and their troops are likely hungry. All a lot of bluster and personally I am not a big fan of Seoul anyway, property prices are due a hit and a few missiles would correct the market. Either shoot your rusty missiles or shut up, because I am bored with people telling me I should be concerned. It is absurd for a starving nation to have a fat, useless teenager at the helm. At least the West has middle aged sociopaths at the helm who govern societies of fat, useless people. North Korea has it all twisted.
