Hard to say, dumbness is pretty much everywhere. Personally, there was a time when some of the pacman's hardcore fans used to annoy me pretty much and to act like 5 stars troll over here and over most boards. Not all the Philipino pacman fans of course, we can't classify all the fans from a boxer on the same level, some of them were pretty fun and lovable but there was a solid core of them that were impossible to fathom. They got pretty quieter though.
