Had something called Labotomy Bock last night. labeled a dopplebock, 10.50%!! Missed the thread title because wouldn't really recommend it, almost taste like a flat lite beer:-X
that's my drinking tactics too... have a couple of half litre classy things then switch to the coors light, coors light isnt the best beer ever but it's pretty easy going and at least it's not bud light :S......
As for good beer I don't know what you guys like but if you like pilsner beer, Brio from iceland is pretty good.. The guy on the can looks a bit like a demented willem defoe which is either a good thing or a really bad thing

Goose Island is tasty beer. Definitely worth a try if you bump into it.
