arreola might accidentally win though....... I would say the reasoning behind not having arreola as the defence is that he lost twice to stiverne so he really shouldn't be near a wbc title shot but they use molina instead.... To be fair he is better than just about all of wilders previous opponents but...........

Re: Deontay Wilder vs. Eric Molina
Just a random question...exactly what IS Don Kings role in this card and more so Deontay Wilder??? I've barely seen a shot without King in it and the last thing we need is ol' Don once again involved with the American heavyweight title. Anyone?
Tony Tucker will be ranked #10 before we know it ;D

Re: Deontay Wilder vs. Eric Molina
Wilder quickly corners Molina and takes him out

I see black heavyweights dominating as they did in 70's. I think white heavyweights dominated in the noughties, but with Vlad coming to the end, I see Deontay Wilder and Joshua battling it out for supremacy. Although to be fair I think Tyson Fury could well shake it up.
Don't see this Molina causing the bronze bomber too many problems.

Tyson Fury is kind of black of the whites so we'll take him.

Dude! There are some more big Russkies out there so don't count whitey out yet! Lol

Re: Deontay Wilder vs. Eric Molina
I don't really like Wilder but I feel he can be much better and he will regress if he keeps up this crap because he would have done better going back to the drawing board for a few months with one or two gym fights. Agitating fans by taking too easy a match is not the right way to endear us. I thought he showed us his ability to adjust with Stiverne but Stiverne had more moves than a bowl of jello when he threw a punch around his middle. There's nothing wrong wiith taking an easy fight after a few hard ones but I don't remember anything making him sweat before the former champion.

Re: Deontay Wilder vs. Eric Molina
Totally missed the Showextreme undercard. Ivan Redkach was starched in 4th by Zlaticanin ?
-
I say Wilder by first round ko. Honestly don't see it lasting long unless he wants it to.

Totally fair stoppage. Zlaticanin just bulldozed him and finished him. He's nothing special and a little one dimensional but the guy is just constantly in your face. He has to be as he's giving up height and reach at the weightclass.

Re: Deontay Wilder vs. Eric Molina
Pedraza-Klimov now. Looking forward to it.
-
-
Re: Deontay Wilder vs. Eric Molina
Pedraza is the more skilled fighter. Klimov has been in the ring against the better competition.
-
Re: Deontay Wilder vs. Eric Molina

2-0 Pedraza.
He'll stop him before halfway I think.
-
Re: Deontay Wilder vs. Eric Molina
Klimov is a damn pesky fighter but beginning to get beat up a bit.

Re: Deontay Wilder vs. Eric Molina
Evening everybody. You just know the two main events are going to start at the same time. Never mind. :)
-
Re: Deontay Wilder vs. Eric Molina
Evening bro. It'll only be a 30 second overlap.
-
Re: Deontay Wilder vs. Eric Molina
Pedraza little lazy in 4th and took some right hands
Don King back in the American heavyweight picture :vd: for at least 90 seconds anyway
-
Im watching this one now but might switch when Walters starts.
Pedraza has won every round here. Easy work.
-
Re: Deontay Wilder vs. Eric Molina
It'll be nice if Pedraza lets his hands go more and go for the knock out. I don't think Kilmov can hurt him

I agree, this is a little frustrating. Like watching Lara last night. Totally outclassing your opponent but happy to coast.
-
Re: Deontay Wilder vs. Eric Molina
Klimov really getting busted up in 7th. Growing horns on his forehead

Give Klimov a little credit here.

He's tough no doubt but I think Pedraza can finish this any time he wants now. Klimov has nothing left.

Keep in mind Klimov's never been stopped or even down. I'd like to see a stoppage, though.

"You don't have to knock him out"
Such killer instinct

Note to self: Boring fights make you drink faster.

This fight shouldn't of gone 12. But whatever.

Re: Deontay Wilder vs. Eric Molina
From a new champion to a future one. Gonna watch Verdejo-Najera now.

Re: Deontay Wilder vs. Eric Molina

At least one of the Top Rank girls on the other card have proper arses on them tonight.
-
I was disappointed. Pedraza looks a good fighter but the stoppage was there and he didn't take it. I hope for more next time I watch him.

Re: Deontay Wilder vs. Eric Molina
Why does Showtime still use Jim Gray. Talk about filling time :p
