Golovkin really does get hit a lot, monroe landed some good ones on him, I think ggg has a short shelf life at the top level, these punches will add up and I think he won't be able to compete for a really long time at the top level, he can eat up the lower level guys and walk through their punches but once he really gets to the big leagues i think he could get a few good wins but he will be ko'd. I really like ggg though great boxer to watch.
Golovkin looks like a goofy 14 year old being interviewed by Kellerman.
I like how Golovkin just ignores Max's question and says what he wants
GGG basically just said he wants a big money fight against anyone smaller than him.

Alvarez and Cotto aren't going near this guy no matter how easy he is to hit. He's going to stay on the west coast fighting Monroe-level guys for a while yet.
If anything..Cotto will apparently always speak better English than Golovkin
I don't think Ward is active enough to be part of the conversation. Cotto has no interest in a challenge anymore, so maybe Canelo is the only one who would have the guts and preparedness to give GGG a fight. I don't know. SMW can wait, but just get some names on the resume. It is a very busy resume, but a bit hollow for a 33 year old. Monroe fought well, but who is he? :-\

Monroe made a very early decision for survivals sake, he sat in and tried to punch him off. He accepted there to knock him out or vice versa I believe. Prob one of the most effective inside rounds Golo has faced in 4th.

Usually it is the champ that does the negotiating which Cotto's hands seem to have started and a payoff would be involved....legal of course to step aside. I see no mention of money. So they just burn the real champion who deserves the fight and his biggest payday because they know full well that most likely both men will be steered away after the fight.
