Well that ain't happening now....the Warriors are wrapping this up in 5-6. Kevin Love is getting checked by the NBA concussion protocol, not good. Draymond Green (or should I call him TRE'mond Green) is shooting the lights out too.....Cleveland never wins, the entire city is cursed!

I haven't been watching this sport long but I do NOT like Green. He has picked a great time to be on shooting form but he kicked another man's groin and that ain't cool ;D

Cleveland Sports radio pointing out it is 7 straight losses going back to regular season.

Yeah, well he better have 3 more games in a row like that because Golden State is going to come back with some venom.

Where has THIS level of basketball been hiding (from BOTH teams at the same time) throughout the playoffs??

They have been saving it for a special and important occasion like a young virgin. All my analogies are about sex, I can not help it.

Now that I actually understand the rules and positions, I've actually really taken gained an appreciation of the sport. Really enjoying the play-offs. Think OKC might take it all the way
Yeah think they might aswell. Surprised by them. Obviously with KD and Westrook they have quality but they kept throwing leads away in the regular season and they tended to just almost play pick up basketball, which worked against poorer teams, but not so much against the quality teams. But they've stepped up in the playoffs.
Imagine how dominant they'd be if they'd have kept hold of Harden as well.
Wow. Didn't know they had him. Interesting. I like Adams, think they could involve him inplays more than they do.
Is it normal to have your centre out on the perimeter marking the PG?
It depends how they've rotated. But i noticed they were doing that with Adams. He's not really athletic enough to do it. Not many centres are so i thought it was strange. I think they were doing it to prevent Golden State hitting so many three's because Thompson and Curry shoot from the perimeter more than they drive to the basket.

I hope people will not be offended but I will be unsubscribing from this thread as I have no idea what is going on.

Thanks for this. My source put the wrong numbers up at the end of the game.
What a turnaround that was! That's a first in NBA history right? I really thought the Cavs would fold within 5 games but they really showed charter. Plus GSW weren't clutch when they needed to be. Lebron is a one man army but Kyrie is magnificent too.

Those last 3 "fouls" were pretty fucking weak and the charge not getting called on Lebron was pretty evident too. Curry did have his feet set and Lebron did shoulder right into him.....oh well.

Re: Anyone here into Basketball (NBA)?
Are there certain officials known to be shady like certain. Refs and judges in boxing?
Were the Cavs getting calls their way the whole series? Seems. Curry could've tied it but tricked a shot he normally makes.
Did Curry have a great series...or did he fail to stay consistent the whole series?

It wouldn't be unheard of
But I will say, good for Cleveland, maybe now that city can shake off the Uncle Rico "what could have been" feel.......maybe just the basketball fans

Milwaukee Bucks fans cried foul when are top 3 Ray Allen Glen Robinson Sam Cassell lost to Larry Byrds team. Said it was rigged.
Seems there would be some officials that could be named as making questionable calls frequently

Re: Anyone here into Basketball (NBA)?
A few big trades have happened. Atlanta's Jeff Teague is now an Indiana Pacer and Chicago's Derrick Rose is now a NY Knick.
-
Re: Anyone here into Basketball (NBA)?
Bump.
Giannis is a beast.
And Golden State aren't as big a shoe in as i thought. Although still heavily favoured.
Also Russell Westbrook just keeps getting triple doubles. One man team.

Re: Anyone here into Basketball (NBA)?
I watch every Cavs game. I make sure to go watch Lebron play every year in New Orleans or Atlanta.

You're kidding, right?
I said "ruined" basketball. MJ and Magic both elevated basketball to new art forms. Droves of new fans began following basketball because of them. Whereas Shaq ruined basketball.... at least for me. Basketball used to be about consummate skills. Ball-handling, shooting, passing, etc. Then along comes "Big Butt" Shaq and turns basketball into a "give-me-the-ball-and-watch-me-use-my-ample-300-pound-butt-to-shove-people-out-of-the-way-while-I-get-close-enough-to-turn-around-and-dunk" shitty brand of basketball.

No, I was on about Baseball. Sorry. :)

Antetokounmpo is a special player
The Cavs and Warriors should still be the Finals, only this time I think GSW are too much for them.

You're not missing much, I think it's a pretty lame sport.
I've been a big sports fan all my life - football, baseball, hockey, boxing and recently MMA. I can even watch soccer.
But basketball I was never into.
