Summers has a hard jab and Frank landed some cracking punches, close first round which I give to Summers
Buglioni did better in the second and dominated the third
Buglioni relaxing and getting cocky in the 4th.
Summers is coming back into it after a bad start.
Credit to Summers, he's a tough kid.
Buglioni should get the decision but good fight from Summers.
