5-1 Harrison (+ KD for Charlo).

I can’t see how you have Harrison the 4th. Think we all saw it as Charlo’s best round
The 4th was even at best.

Re: Tony Harrison-Jermell Charlo II
Some of these rounds are close. I think Harrison edged the 6th. 3-3
-
Re: Tony Harrison-Jermell Charlo II
3-3, Uncle Moe with Harrison’s cleaner work

I would have to rewatch it because it looked to me like Charlo clearly won that round
-
Re: Tony Harrison-Jermell Charlo II
5-2 Harrison. Charlo has put any sibilance of a quality set up jab in storage.
-
Re: Tony Harrison-Jermell Charlo II
6-1 Harrison (+ KD for Charlo).
-
Re: Tony Harrison-Jermell Charlo II
Hey guys... just joined. Didn't know Fox Deportes was carrying it. Saw last round and Harrison connecting the hard hooks to the body and straight rights to the head. Charlo throwing flashier, but largely ineffective punches. Good scrap looks like.
-
Re: Tony Harrison-Jermell Charlo II
Another close round that Harrison edged. A lot of these rounds Charlo starts well and then Harrison starts picking him apart
-
Re: Tony Harrison-Jermell Charlo II
Typical situation where the boxer has more ability to adjust. Charlo is searching for an answer, Harrison is boxing.
4-3 Harrison and all the momentum
-
Re: Tony Harrison-Jermell Charlo II
6-2 Harrison (+ KD for Charlo).
-
Re: Tony Harrison-Jermell Charlo II
Close 8th think Charlo just edged it 5-3. Harrison definitely the more poised guy
-
Re: Tony Harrison-Jermell Charlo II
I think Charlo is making the Crawford mistake. The difference is that Crawford is an elite level fighter that can out punch you if need be. Charlo is a good fighter who is fighting the wrong fight seemingly because of emotions and now it’s too late to change.
5-3 Harrison
-
Re: Tony Harrison-Jermell Charlo II
7-2 Harrison (+ KD for Charlo).
-
Re: Tony Harrison-Jermell Charlo II
Thought Harrison pulled 9th out in last minute. Charlo waiting around or bombing like Frazier with little middle ground, 6-3 Harrison
-
Re: Tony Harrison-Jermell Charlo II
8-2 Harrison (+ KD for Charlo).
-
Re: Tony Harrison-Jermell Charlo II
Charlo punches not bothering Harrison. Harrison jab visibly shoves Charlo's head back.
-
Re: Tony Harrison-Jermell Charlo II
Good pick of shots for Charlo 10th but takes big right hand near end. Charlo with 5,6 focused left hooks to body early on 6-4 Harrison
-
Re: Tony Harrison-Jermell Charlo II
:o And I was just about to say Tony looked like a rail thin Michael Moorer :-X

Re: Tony Harrison-Jermell Charlo II

Re: Tony Harrison-Jermell Charlo II
Ref jumps in to save Harrison.
Charlo wins by TKO11.
-
Re: Tony Harrison-Jermell Charlo II
Something tells me the trilogy is as certain as the sun rising. Whatever helluva turn around by Charlo
-
Re: Tony Harrison-Jermell Charlo II
Harrison hams it up.... pays the price.
Jack Reiss handled the 2nd knockdown poorly. Signals unclear and Charlo thought fight had been stopped.
Final stoppage was bogus.
Reiss is normally more solid, but wow what a shitty stoppage.

Harrison would be unbeatable if he only fought 8 rounders ;D

Yea I didn't like the stoppage.

Right, should have been stopped at 2nd KD of the round obviously when he was being battered held up by the ropes

Looking at the replays Harrison looked ok.
-
Re: Tony Harrison-Jermell Charlo II
Harrison a class act, Charlo could work on that but that ship has sailed.
Good to hear Winky get props. Can you imagine him around today

Think it was a decent stoppage all things considered and in heat of moment. Damage is a collective. And for the record I cannot stand Reiss ;D

You know... I saw it differently. On the replay I hadn't realized Charlo hit him with 3 or 4 flush left uppercuts in a row and I'm just amazed Harrison got up from that. It's probably why Charlo climbed the ropes.
Charlo came clean in the interview and said he really doesn't like the dude. Refreshingly honest.

I’m joking. Because whenever a guy has been floored 3 times including twice in the current round and isn’t fighting back questioning a stoppage is kind of silly.

After the deaths this year, following 2 knockdowns, fighter safety is at the forefront. Just saying he looked to have his senses in the replays.

I've seen guys comeback from worse. Just saying he looked to have his senses about him in the replays, and was blocking a lot on the ropes.
-
Re: Tony Harrison-Jermell Charlo II
I think it was a decent stoppage. I wouldn’t have complained either way but I think the writing was on the wall. Harrison was getting hit and not throwing back
-
Re: Tony Harrison-Jermell Charlo II
In the end Charlo raised his stock in my view. I didn’t think he could make adjustments and I think that was validated but he remained dangerous more than I thought he could. Once Harrison had taken control I expected him to cruise. Good on Charlo to maintain his ferocity.

Agreed. Harrison is no push over and I thought that Charlo outboxed him in their first fight and out slugged him in this fight.

Re: Tony Harrison-Jermell Charlo II
the trainers say keep your hand up. and when he got hit, harrison had his hand up.
