Garcia very aggressive in round 3 to take back control of the fight.
2-1 Garcia.
Close 4th round Campbell letting his hands go more now but think Garcia landed the better punches.
3-1 Garcia
Campbell hurt at the end of the 5th round when he was doing well in the round.
4-1
Garcia starts aggressive in round 6 looking for the stoppage but calms down to win the round.
5-1
Bollocks.
Oof that one hurt!
Garcia ends it with a superb left hook to the body of Campbell in round 7.
He still very quick and powerful but bloody ell he looked easy to hit, someone will take his head off the way Garcia defends, he's a bit of a dummy... Good attack, although I think his left hook to head wasn't that great here... Can't argue too much with a win like that v good competition though... I think If he heads right for the top next there's a good chance he loses.
The commentators really are terrible. Like another level bad. Fair play to Garcia but f*ckin hell guys.
I think Danz are over hyping Garcia a bit too much. It was a great body punch and finish but he is not the next saviour of boxing.
I think that Garcia proved to be a top guy at lightweight. His defense is still definitely suspect, but his speed and power are good enough to bother people. Now is the time to make Garcia and Lopez or Tank before we lose these fights. No need to marinate these fights anymore. Let’s do it.
Amazingly Garcia manages to be even more annoying than the dumb commentators. Fair play on being so successful despite or because of being such a dick.... i guess :-\ ;D
Saw loads of people moaning about the commentary early doors but I wasn't that fussed. But at the end, it was embarrassing!! The guy was singing, and they were all gushing like a bunch of his instagram fangirls.
Why are the TV crew maskless?
Good fight for Garcia, the kind of test you need to pass if you have dreams. Still a lot to work on but the Reynosos are good teachers and get results. He's in a good position for such a young guy.
Some potential classic fights to be made down around lightweight!
Teofimo Lopez
Gervonta Davis
Vasyl Lomachenko
Devin Haney
Ryan Garcia
Division Below:
Berchelt
Stevenson
Diaz

Josh Taylor
Ramirez
Prograis
Zapeda
Good lord!!!
DelaHoya and Canelo in the ring afterwards with similar coloured jackets.
Does DelaHoya see flashes of himself in Garcia from his lightweight days.
Luke Campbell was trying so hard to get back up.
Great fight.
But man. WTF was that celebration? Looked like some type of gangbang. The gif's that are going to come out of Ryan straddling various dudes in the ring are going to be gross.
So gay and cringy....I'm still laughing lol.
Then you had Canelo golf clapping like a mob boss while Garcia and everyone else acts like they just conquered Mesopatamia.
But I thought Campbell would win. I was wrong. But I knew if Garcia was gonna win it wouldn't be easy.
Yes he jumps back when attacked, yes he very upright, yes he loads up too much, yes he doesn't have a granite chin.
But he's a twitchy hard hitting sonofab*tch, whose a danger for anyone.
He got put down hard but got up n walked down a gold medalist n KOed a guy whose never had that done to him.
On a bigger picture. Boxing needs Ryan Garcia. He's a crossover fighter.
Tank and Devin need to make the Garcia fight ASAP.
Teo is the best in the division at the moment.
I hope we see Garcia continue to fight the best.
I think that Haney is a fight they will avoid for a long time.
How do we know Teo is the best? He refuses Haney just like Loma refused Haney. They want 10 million to fight him, that’s as bad as GGGs people saying “we will never fight Charlo”
I’m not saying Haney is the best, but if they won’t fight him how do we know? Garcia is Haney’s mandatory, let’s see if he executes his mandatory position, that’s a damn interesting fight.
Also, Campbell just isn’t that good. Solid gatekeeper type.
took luke's soul with that bodyshot. king ry will only get better
Gervonta Davis will batter Garcia
Garcia's bad points - head in the air - were apparent beforehand, what wasn't clear is how his chin/power/skill would carry up in class. He past the test regardless of whether or not he beats the other boys.
Good performance from Garcia. The way I saw it, any win over Campbell was going to be a decent bit of form. I expected his freshness and energy to be too much for Campbell and he'd run away with it on the cards or maybe force a late stoppage. Stopping him with a single hit was impressive.
The clonk he took on the chin has muddied the waters a bit. It's got the sharks circling. He's got some technical issue to iron out and he's with a good team to see that done. What was clear was that he didn't let it phase him, he got up and carried on about his business. He's got the right mentality about him. That said it was Luke Campbell who isn't known as a banger dumping him on his arse. Lets see what happens when a bigger puncher clocks him one.
Campbell did OK. Scored the knockdown, made Garcia look foolish at times walking him into short shots and for the most part had him hitting gloves. Although if you bought what the clowns on DAZN were saying you'd think he was being tattooed. Whilst we're at it the cut away to Gareth Davies and on this occasion Ricky Hatton are fucking cringeworthy. I think for that short period of time I'd rather continue listening to the American broadcast team which is a really fucking damning indictment.
Not sure where Campbell goes from here. Classy guy, classy boxer but the lack of strength and punch power has always been a massive obstacle.
