one seventeen one eleven twice for alberto, nah didn't see that
botirzhon has to feel he has been robbed twice in title fights
Fans had it 63-37 for Akhmedov.
In and out but caught most. 117-111 twice are off their meds. Do like the style of Puello, lanky and sharp hitter. Too many fights on today ffs ;D;D..plus a neighbor yelling about ufc in his garage
So much for a feeling out round between Figueroa and Lipinets.
both guys come out throwing, looked like omer was hurt
One of the biggest things Omar will be remembered for..is it that 'style'? Seriously some kung fu Carlos Maussa ..ohhh never mind! Nice right from Lip
Staggered in the first and dropped in the second. So far doesn't bode well for Figueroa.
omar dropped
Ron might be onto something
Keep naming old fighter buts he's Merqui Sosa ;D. Both landing quality shots mid 3rd. Lipinets digging low hard body too. Lip just looks so much sharper
Omar's switching between lefty and righty certainly isn't helping him in this fight.
adrian might have beaten this version of omar
omar takes too many more of those rights they might want to stop it
"keep your hands up" for Omar in corner. Who's watching the corner? This is getting ugly
Lip again going low :-X
Lipinets just bullying and beating up Figueroa after 7. Nothing on his return really
Omar just got warned in the corner about the fight being stopped.
omar is a tough guy & doesn't need to take anymore damage
could have been stopped earlier
emanuel navarrete was being outboxed through six until landing a body shot to end his fight
Yeh that had to happen. In fairness a lot of that herky-jerky top heavy stuff worked early but he always soaked some damage throughout. It all catches up and Lipinets looked like a total reboot at least for the night. Fresher back to 140, sharper and timing spot on.
lindolfo delgado vs omar alejandro aguilar. very good fight

"Weslaco’s Omar Figueroa Suffers Second Straight TKO – Announces Retirement"
... Following the fight, a visibly distraught Figueroa spoke to Showtime’s Jim Grey about his plans to step away from the game, stating, “27 years and I think my body has reached its limit. I’m sorry to the fans who were expecting a great fight…I guess my body’s just done…I think I’ve reached the end of the line here in boxing.”...
If that's the case, best wishes to him. Very good decision at this point. Time to walk away.
