I hope you're right. :)
He IS looking pretty damn formidable right now.

Looking at his frame I think Collazo could compete at 115. Much like Roman Gonzalez did, where he was still effective but the natural size of his opponents was showing. Collazo has a powerhouse of backing behind him to become a star in the lighter divisions. It's unfortunate the Japanese brothers took loses, as fights against either or both would have only increased Collazo's standing.
It's something how at the lowest weight divisions, 10 pounds represents 4 different weight classes. ;D
Oscar definitely looks like he can go up in weight. Short little guy, with not much of a reach (61"). But he has good ring generalship, packs a punch, and like I said... is a southpaw which I feel is a natural advantage cause the majority are righties.
Collazo body shots were hurtful and vicious. Quality fighter.
Collazo handled business in a stay-busy fight, but his body punching remains among the best in the sport. I caught Jerusalem’s repeat win over Shigeoka (shoutout to TIC for the video), and a rematch/unification between him and Collazo feels like the natural next step. Collazo is building a strong case for P4P recognition

"Melvin Jerusalem targets unification rematch with Oscar Collazo after second Shigeoka win"
Seems like Melvin and Oscar are both up for it. Assuming it happens and Oscar wins the rematch, I'd like to see him take on Pedro Taduran to unify all the belts. Maybe before moving on to 108.
