That is a terrible decision.
I'm confused at why people think it was such a robbery? It was a very close fight IMO, but I do agree that kovalev probably deserved it.
Apparently there's a rematch in the original contract. Let's see if it happens.
I had Kov winning but it was close, three American judges so its no real surprise.

I think that there were probably 4 obvious rounds for ward, and then about 4 rounds that he could have won. Not a robbery.
Because it was a close fight, but Kovalev clearly deserved to win. He did more damage, hurt Ward more than once, and was in control for more of the fight.Quote:

Not seeing the robbery cries at all. That was close as fuck but Kovalev was throwing rounds away down the stretch. I thought Ward won most of the 2nd half of the fight. Really enjoyed it and I wouldn't complain with a close decision either way.
There is no way that Ward won that fight the american judges gave him rounds that he should not of gotten. I am done with this shit for a while i have no idea how people score that for Ward. Kovalev had the better punches and with the knock down there just no way he lost that fight i just do not know what to say.
