Re: Haye comeback fight on free to air tv
Most here are tired of Haye , he is a lot of talk , however he is a major draw because he has big power and that is what people want to see in HW boxing.
Fans come to see him win and many want to see him lose.
A prick yes , but a big draw yes also.
Re: Haye comeback fight on free to air tv
Haye is on talk sport now so is Hearn.

Hearn said that he wanted AJ to gain more experience before fighting Haye or Fury because they want to win, unify and defend the title for many years.
Haye said he would take on AJ whenever he wants the fight.

Re: Haye comeback fight on free to air tv
David Haye has re-entered the WBA heavyweight rankings at No 9 after his first fight in nearly four years ended in a decisive knockout win.
WBA heavyweight rankings
Luis Ortiz
Lucas Browne
Wladimir Klitschko
Shannon Briggs
Alexander Ustinov
Fres Oquendo
Andrey Fedesov
Antonio Tarver
David Haye
Erkan Teper
Good news to any hayes fans, No 1 ranked Luis Ortiz is also due to fight No 5 Alexander Ustinov, crowding the route for Haye to climb the rankings and win back the title belt he once wore.

That is a depressing set of rankings and no mistake. Shannon Briggs, Oquendo and Tarver makes it feel like a list from the early 2000s. Too many guys who have been beating the bum of the month in their respective homelands, rather than getting involved in meaningful fights.
Re: Haye comeback fight on free to air tv
Odd question, here: Do any of you see Haye's loss to Thompson as valid?
I don't like Haye one bit, but it seemed kinda bogus stoppage. One Legit loss imo That's Klitschko.

thompsons own words were that he was offered 50 grand for the rematch and he wanted double
Re: Haye comeback fight on free to air tv
No disgrace in losing to The Cat. It was also a fantastic learning fight for Haye, he never punched himself out ever again.

No danger of that in the Wlad fight;D
Re: Haye comeback fight on free to air tv
That's true, a very poor punch output.
Fury landed just 14 more punches than Haye did against Wlad. Hmmm...

And how many did Wlad dare throw against Fury compared to how comfortable he felt letting them go against Haye?;D
Like I said, I cant argue against stupid:p
